I would be interested to hear people's views against it and why?
I would be all for it ,considering we are less than 2p and the NAV is something like 7.5p.it would show belief in how much Ed thinks we are undervalued.
Also it would give long term suffering holders like me a chance to get out of here.if not, the money will just get spanked away on some friends venture.we won't ever see the benefit but Ed and his mates will collect their undeserved salary for another year which is their primary goal.
While looking after us are last!
Those against it must be somehow convinced Ed can take that money and invest it wisely for us?in all his time here I have yet to see any evidence of that.
He won't do it because that would be putting investors first in my eyes but I'm interested in hearing people's views on this?

I feel your pain longlad.i guess the warning we should have all heeded was lornes mother selling all her millions of shares from 10p.
She obviously knew from ed that there was never going to be an ipo for leap it was all BS.
After all them blatant lies ,its almost impossible to redeem himself now.when the trust has gone it's impossible to get back.
Like Oldman said yesterday,any fund manager worth their salt sitting on such a discount to NAV with a lump sum due would implement a share buyback .
But we know he won't do that ,this is just a plaything for him.
A very well payed part time job.
The money he has been milking from us probably funds his gokarting or whatever it is he races.

They won't do that Oldman(they should but they wont).they have never put shareholders first so I cannot imagine they start now.
Instead,they will invest in some mates latest brilliant venture ....which will go to the wall a couple of years later!

Unfortunately he won't agree to performance related pay or pay in shares.he should but he won't.it would really bring some confidence back here though if he did.

I like your enthusiasm Chris I genuinely do,and like longlad has just said,I wouldn't begrudge anyone buying in around here and making 200%plus profit from here .
Its just that the longer term investors have heard it all from Ed before and then seen the opposite happen to what he said !
Even this will recover to some extent when the canabis sector is back in fashion.
I just cannot imagine 1.5mil of leap money making much difference to our SP .I just cannot see what else we have at this moment in time that convinces Ed to say over next few weeks/months our sp will see positive action?
Unless the juvenescence IPO lands but we have been waiting years for that or avextra decides to ipo which I seriously doubt at this moment in time then we have nothing else to move our SP worth shouting about.its just Ed and his usual BS ,but good luck to us all buddy.

Well surely he cannot mean the poxy 2.5mil leap money because after the pigs noses have been in the trough it leaves us with pennies.as evaluator has already said,we are priced where we are partly because of eds misleading and deliberate lies.can Ed redeem himself or is this just Ed doing what he does best and lying through his teeth?

Our next hope is avextra it would seem.where over the next 12-18 months we guess could it be worth 10...or even 20mil to us?
Then Ed says we have sold our interest for 6mil ,payment spread over 12months and that we should be greatful to have such a smart ceo.

A great idea for Ed to restore some faith here would be for all the board to take their salary in shares and invest this poxy 2.5 mil into something decent(not friend related)

Once I knew Ed was staying on I wrote off my investment here.
The only bottom here is 0 and we are not far off now.
There is no trust in the deceitful CEO.
The sells do not lie.soon below 1p
Remember though investors,its eds reputation that matters haha.
