I think I've got my head around this. basically the market really likes this impending ipo, and is happy to effectively pay 6 or 7 p for future Helium One shares, on the assumption that the price should go even higher upon ipo'ing. The 2.4p was the early price for conversion and the fundraising, but the interest and shareprice has quite rightly moved past that price now.
All the other helium pureplays have recently gone up 5-10 times, and they have miles less going for them than H1 does.

So today's aogl buyer needs an ipo price of 7p ish to break even? Blimey.

I have two questions Matt...
1. Have Solgold considered a US listing, so as to attract buying from Wall St institutions and from Robinhood gamblers, and thereby increasing the shareprice presumably? (A hefty reverse split would be needed first.!)

2. Concerning Cornerstone, what is there to stop Cornerstone from selling out to BHP or Newcrest, and thereby making either corporate shareholder's position uncomfortably large?

The Goldbugs and their "Great Leap Forward" to the gold standard are full time dreamers, just like your Communists. Actually I think the Communists might have more of the inside running currently! For example, the BBC often features card carrying Communists, but they would never interview a goldbug in a million years. re: jv Alpala, spend on the rest....It's one in the hand, but still thirteen in the bush. I'm sure the pros & cons of such an arrangement have been weighed up.
