Panamabob. What is the Net to COPL out of the 1400bopd ?

Should be 1640bopd at full tilt. Weather improving onset of Spring. But no info on Net bopd to COPL ?

KNW. The 993.5mboo is there. This is conservative. Probably 1.6b. RS confirmed 993.5. The issue I believe upon research is the Tight Rock. The oil is the one of the best you can get. Light is better than Heavy. It has to be above 32 API to be classed as Light. It is 37 I believe. Due to the Tight Rock / the Question remains / How much can you get out that is Economical ?
I believe 200mbol should come out unstimulated.
ART (Tells Porkie Pies) just refers to the 993.5 but what he doesn’t communicate is the Tight Rock Geology and he also says 150 Well locations pumping 1000 to 3000bopd.
What ART doesn’t say is that the Horizontal Wells each cost $8-$10m (£7-8m) and in this area they can be known to flow at 3000bopd initially / but fast forward 6 month and they can settle down at 250bopd.
So …..
If extracting 250bopd on average x say 50 Wells is a lot different from 3000bopd x 150.
That said 250bopd x 50 at £8m per Well divided into 200mboo. Do the maths. That’s still massive and is at the very low end prediction imo.
The trouble is we haven’t got £8m to even drill one horizontal.
However / the oil quality is good at 37 Thank you. Question remains re sulphur content and if low sulphur content then it’s perfect as you can get / causes less wax. Our other Wells have waxed up.
Just trying to help offer insight from what I believe to be nearer the truth than not.

200mboo recoverable is indeed a “Game changer” (If it comes out to Market).

x50 Wells at 250bopd would last 16000 days at a sustainable production rate of 12500bopd. That’s 43 years. And low end prediction at that. Plenty of upside up to 80.000bopd imo.

But I could be completely wrong ? Just my pov. I certainly do not subscribe to Blackstout calculation as imo that is absolute best and it never (rarely) achieves sunshine everyday for 40 years lol. But Blackstout input still very welcome. Helps everyone calibrate accordingly with their own pov.

The JV Party would bring the Capital and Access to Heavy Plant and COPL have neither.

Agreed John1970. Any JV Party who would obv have to put the Capital in (What Capital have we got ? Zero) would absolutely Not allow ART to retain any significant control, if any. A Track record of a reducing 1500bopd and SP to boot. We are talking 80.000bopd here.
So only an outright Sale on balance is only option with Royalties paid on successful production.
Copl have nothing to offer re up front Capital.

Agree with that scenario Shouston / Although in USA those with most influence tend to get their own way and eliminate any bidding war ie Access to permits forthcoming is critical so if you are told No / then … you stay out.
However. Any Big Oiler wants to maintain Integrity and therefore wants maximum control. Currently / If Full Scale Development via JV interest exists / Then at 6p and under NDA ; you couldn’t really be in a more controlling position ?

It can take 2 years to get a Development going and Hopeful that America’s proven oil reserve life of just 5 years / leads to this Fed Deep being booked in. We certainly cannot develop it (True what ART said) as it’s too Big. ART surely has run out of all Porkies to tell. So it will go one way or the other very very soon. The Cat is out of the bag now. Shouston. ART has been talking of a RBL for months. Maybe some entity doesn’t want us to be Financed before a certain time period ? The real money to support Capex only comes in at the right price or when Value can be unlocked from a base level.

Wookie. I was in I3 energy when the SP crashed on the back of a few porkies by the BOD. They re structured - only because the original “Keystone” Investor wanted their money back. It 4 Bagged from a lowly SP.
Anyway / Long story short.
It made me realise that the BOD on these type of Companies don’t direct the business. The Financiers do. The BOD are just a link between the SP and the PI.
The Financiers use us as their private liquidity. And they’re all in on it.
As negative as that is / I hope I am correct in that ART famous RNS was an opening of the door to lower SP at the instruction of Financiers for them to gain a Bigger Share quickly / as it’s about time the oil came up the spout.

Duster. If ART doesn’t care what the SP is / then he would accumulate as Big a Shareholding as possible, surely ? Like Rockrose Energy CEO did. ART shareholding is neither here nor there. It’s quite low imo for a CEO that knows what he has !!

16p was shocking. But ART had other ideas. He could have raised £2m at 16p but why would he ? He said everything was Tickerty boo. Yet a 3 day shut in robbed us of the last remnants of liquidity. His own Shareholding is just a smokescreen.

MM’s taking no chances and rightly so. They’ll take small trades 7p. Large one’s 6.75p. Anyway / News imminent so I believe it’s FOMO on MM’s side. Re balancing their hold. Crème at the top of the coffee.

I don’t think anyone here is Questioning the huge quantity of oil that COPL sit on. And realistically 200mbol out of the 993 should/will come out unstimulated (which is gigantism in itself). And at 200mbol is when the Majors get “interested”.

The Q for me is can COPL restructure Finances and deliver on its own Production Targets ?

An interim RNS has to occur before/on TUE, and then the Conclusion end of March.
