The RBL will only occur with JV imo as upfront Capex required is too Big.

It’s ART’s job and number one Priority to address and remove the “Going concern” Tag. However / Everyone knows that we on the bare minimum even if he does this. We need to produce enough oil and Now !! Just to become Financially stable.
It’s all about oil production Short Term to get back to just 9p imo.

Why would ART run the Company at so low working Capital at just the time when he is in discussion with JV ?

The US SPR can accommodate about 750mbol in underground caverns located at secret sites in Texas. Due to the release of some of these reserves 2022 / they are down to about 430mbol in the SPR.

To put that in perspective / that is equivalent to just 28 days consumption in the United States.

Just for one minute consider just a 2 Well development on Fed Deep and 100% funded by a farm in for 75% Royalties. Then add every other Well each time reducing their Royalties.

That alone would blow the SP out of the water. And all we would be doing is Renting out the land.

So it just shows / it all has to happen this year doesn’t it ? I’d be amazed if it doesn’t.

Testing a price ceiling usually occurs over a period of days / Say 3/5 days. This has or is about to happen a lot quicker than that !!
