ART has had us over. I believe we will get over the Going Concern / but there will be a Big giveaway to get any cash. It’s a stab in the dark but we may need £30m to ignite any serious increase in production (Infrastructure upgrade required £10m - That’s without any Drill). Raise at 4p. Dilution should be accretive like in i3 as I mentioned before. From 4p it can Bag and then and only then once Production Tops 7.500 / 10.000bopd will any JV step in. From there it can Bag again and then that’s the ceiling. All just my opinion. On the Negative side I know but is it if we get back to Double Figs and a sustainable business that is growing ? Add in the Carbon Capture.
It’s a long play here for me to get my Break Even back (Which is single Figs) and I am prepared to wait 2 years.

Agreed OSG. I will buy on the dips on my Average (Recent New Investment into THG) 61p. I see todays Dip as no more than a correction to last few days breakout. Hopefully never see 61p again so it’s a Hold and Buy on the Dips for me.

Dawn Alison Coverley needs around 7.5p to = £1million re her Share Total. One would have to say that would carry a high degree of possibility at some point in the future …

You see / ART never explained how the increase back to 1500bopd effected the Balance Sheet. Unhedged we could be hopeful. But we’ve had a lot of hope turn out not so positive. The Market doesn’t entertain hope so well as PI do.
Removing the Going Concern Tag is First Base. It will cost. We have no money to Drill (Not cheap). It will cost. Priced at 6p. Not a lot to play with. COPL will have to trade something to get the cash.
We will soon find out.

Well. We have had the News re Production (Welcome). We are yet to receive News on Financing. We are still in a period of “Going Concern”. So we must service our Debt and ART so far has communicated nothing specific on this. Either way we will find out by First wk April at latest but as always - Hopefully sooner ie Waiver date mid March.

Basically we are at the bare minimum Production levels (1500bopd) that Cover Costs / otherwise it’s “Going Concern” Territory. So is the Balance Sheet strong or is it not ?

Depends upon which Context ART was speaking about / upon which he never explains. We just get the good stuff.

No. I think if you read back you will find out that I predicted we would know where we were by 25/55 days. This with reference to First wk in Feb and First wk in April.
It’s all dependant on Funding of course and the sources of it.

The JV saga has been going on sometime now and the Market doesn’t believe a word our Maverick CEO says.
So ….
I’ve seen it before whereby the JV Party puts an up front cash payment in Escrow for Exclusivity to asses the Asset.
This / whilst maintaining anonymity / Proves talks are on going.
At the end of the process if the JV walks away / 50% of the Deposit is kept by the Host Company.

At the moment the Anonymity Value has worn thin and so the SP has Nothing Priced in.

Yes Edgein. Thank you. We’ve spent a heck of a lot of money to get to / maintain 1500bopd. Copl need to demonstrate a route map to higher production for low Capex and Return on Capex employed under 2 years. Still the Going Concern is First hurdle to overcome.our Costs are clearly too high despite the aquisitions.

You are correct HH. Another 260bopd to come. Releasing simple Production Figs is clear evidence COPL now coping with weather conditions. Also ART has created another RNS date to update further progress on going concern mid March. Good move. He wouldn’t do this if he wasn’t confident.
