Bladderman. You are experienced enough to know they have everybody locked in at 6p until the Capex is resolved and in place for 2023.
On a Positive / the 1700 is impressive imo and gives credibility to the fact that we absolutely can see 4/5000 by Q4 and that should make us sustainable and a realistic platform to go to FD should JV deal fail.

Honestly. I’ll be amazed if this gets above 6p before Capex sorted for upgrade. But happy to be proved wrong.

We won’t make 16p next 3 months. And I do hope I am wrong but don’t think so.

Genghis. Whatever they did it was a Great achievement. They got the Well flowing at 135bopd from zero in Winter and at the very same time they had 8/10 foot of snow. You get out there and get it working. Goodluck. I’ll stay indoors Thanks.

Believe me. You don’t want to be Drilling in Winter. To be avoided. Maybe there was some urgency re proving up Flow Rates tied to RBL / Securing future Investment ?

During the Night Temps fall to -3 to -9 until End April. Those are daytime Temps so no complete thaw until 6wks later. However ; what puzzled me is despite lower Production due to bad weather / they did Drill and recomplete that Well !!!!

We want to push SP up and Buying Power suggests this. But it looks like to me that those closer to the Negotiations for cash have set their sights on 6p. They certainly weren’t about to stump up the cash for Equity at 16p were they ? From 6p Placement. Work done. Bopd up. SP should appreciate.

I thought that Shouston but I think they will do it in Stages and over time. A lot of Testing will be needed and especially initially / so I expect if Production is 1700 now / whilst Work is being done / then it would not be unrealistic to expect Production reducing to 1000-1200 for up to 8weeks.
Oh wait a minute. That’s what’s happened last 8wk so almost like a Stress Test of our Finances. So for that reason they need to Factor lower Production into the cash required.
The Prize is obvs worth it. I expect Payback to be weighted to Lender once Production delivers what they say.

Trying to make sense of 6p SP.
Work required is Capital Intensive. Rewards are 5000bopd.
It will be a mix of money raised. In part a Placement at 6p and ART averages down.
They’ll need a fair amount of cash as Production will drastically reduce during Work.
From 6p and Going Concern removed, we can get to 12 - 18p range and the 5000 in Q4.

Any JV and or retirement of suffocating Senior Lender and this will be a New Company.

Hope it goes way of i3 and cash raised / even though Dilution / will become accretive very quickly.

He clearly says they were first surprised when injecting Gas way back and Oil Production went up straight away to 1933bopd. They said “Woooohhhhaaa”. That’s when they knew that instead of extracting 6 million barrels / They could now get 50 / If they replaced the pipe with Steel casing.

Current production is 1700bopd. They can treble that with Steel casing and achieve 5000bopd.

Ohhh - And I believe that’s with no New Drilling btw. Imagine how many Wells you’d need to Drill to get 3000bopd extra ??? So the Capex for the Steel pipe is like a free hit imo. Low Risk. When you Drill / Things can go wrong.

Hence the Desire for JV for FD. We need Experienced Engineers working at Scale for that to achieve Full Value for state of Wyoming.

5000bopd if achieved x Net $40 per barrel x 340 days (Allowing for Maintenance) = $68.000.000 per Annum.
Reserve Life. 40 years.
No JV needed for 5000bopd.

And that 5000bopd will keep producing for a Long LongReserve Life.
