Think you’ll find nearer 4 x Aiden if 16p your Average. You can Thank the Market Makers for refusing to fulfill any Buy or Sell today greater than 100.000 Shares or £4000. Not beneficial to LTH … or is it ? Depends which way you look at it / as it proves they haven’t got the Shares in the pot.

VV Agreed. It’s the MM responsibility to form an orderly Market and for that they must hold adequate liquidity in CIZ. They obvs do not hold enough Shares in their pot. Hence we see another late rise just to cover themselves.
Look at the Trades. 99% of Buys below 100.000 on the day. No decent amounts. You’d expect 5 or 6 on a normal day. And this wasn’t a normal day at all.

Pete. If you read my Post 8am 8:30am this morning you’ll see proof of MM holding the Buy potential back. Then I cottoned on there was No Buy Listed over 100.000 / which in the grand scheme of things is not that great of an amount in £. I put an order in for 3.95p when Market was 3.85p / only to be informed “Sorry” Market Price 4.2p. But you could get 3.85p at the time max 10.000 Shares. Very poor from MM’s. They haven’t got any Shares in the pot have they ??

You see very few Buys greater than 100.000 Shares. This is because MM’s were only allowing Larger Volume Buys way in excess of Market Price.
What kind of Market is it when MM’s reluctant to allow purchases over the bare minimum ?
Hence we all saw multiple 10.000 Buys etc all day.

Agreed VV just over 170m in Nominees. Some in bank of New York !! 274m on Sig SH list but that was of 22 Feb. 73m in Free Float ? SP 22 Feb was …. 2.175p. We are now over 4p and I could not buy any Significant Quantity at Market Price (Only Less than 100.000 avail) + Buys and Sells all day so far suggest the Shares are just not available!!
So it all points towards a lot less than 73m or £2.9m in free float ?? Agreed ?

Yes CC. I would suspect there is now less than 129m in free float now as SP increased from its sub 2p and Significant Shareholder list a little behind current time ?

Cons are amateur at best. Embarrassing to produce what lack of info they have. On a £1b Global Company.

I won’t go on about it anymore but on reading the RNS 1 FEB back this morning / It read really poor. Gave no confidence of Navigation. And then more recently no comms on the 1700bopd progress.
As you say FinallyR. He care not about the SP and perhaps only focussed on the End game. He said he would not Dilute and if he avoids this then SP will fly but I fear he will and this will make us “Stronger than we Entered” but taper future SP appreciation. It is what it is.
If no dilution / esp with amount of Capex required / then ART deserves a medal. Interesting to see next few weeks.
At the very least I am calm now re the Going Concern threat - Even though Extended. But 5hats only because we had a sneak preview of the 1700.
