And No RBL coming unless they prove that Oil Flows. I believe 5000bopd would be enough to begin proper discussions re RBL. Copl I believe are funding to 5000bopd but it has to Flow First before RBL. Here we are. It has to stick this time (ie No u foreseen problems that require more cash - we have limited cash to get this job done).

Once Copl start generating their own cash (5000bopd can begin this process) then it’s a different ball game to 5p because I do believe that all the Wells here are long life. Just need to avoid that Sulphur content.

Also if Conduit successfully List / then they could buy a Stake in Ciz. Works both ways. Both will be well informed where each are along the Journey. Support the SP. And act as Liquidity on Tap which in turn also supports the SP. Genius really.

IMO Conduit Investment is designed to enhance and grow Relationships within the Industry whilst at the same time provide a low risk strategy to grow liquidity. It could act as a hedge mechanism to provide quick access to cash should it be required. IMO there is a lot of Value in what they have done.

Well Genghis. That is an understatement when considering Art has turned £1 into 5p. I wouldn’t call that loosing money so much as complete and utter destruction.

Art will stay in the game as long as possible at the expense of everyone outside his immediate family. FWIW I believe he is doing exactly as he is told re the JV interested party. The only clues we may get are from various future RNS regard Copl’s plans. The JV party will require Copl to de risk the Asset as much as possible before any “Game Changing” Event comes.

Private Investors do not know where the value is. Art does. Right at the time when Art is pxxxing everyone off is maybe the time to accumulate more ? I have to admit that Art has got me completely bamboozled where this Company is going. Nothing is proven yet. Not even the current production bottleneck bearing fruit once the work has been done. Some on here say Art is poor with communication. On the contrary, I think he is very clever man.

To destroy Shareholder Value like he has done £1 returns you 5p now ? You’d have to say how can it be that he’s still in business ? It all rests on Production.

Can Art get Copl to 5000 and then 10000bopd by year end and then begin to release meaningful news re JV ?

RNS on 28/9/22 stated as of 26/9/22 Alan Miller had increased his holding to 4.73% of the Company. Yet as per Significant Shareholder List on Company Website as of 22/3/23 - Alan Miller is not Listed. Can anyone shed any light on this matter or maybe best to Email the Company...

I read an Article based in Wyoming that stated 2 things … It Tapered the Expectation of Fed Deep.
Firstly - Horizontal Wells cost $10-$13m per Well (Art quoted 100+ Wells at 1000-3000bopd)
Secondly - Re Flow Rates. At first they can produce 1/2/3000bopd / but then they can settle down to as low as 250bopd. The Mean Average was 500 to 1000.
