“The oil is all economically extractable”. Yes that one is good one. Copl in debt and cannot seem to produce more than 1500bopd consistently / Despite “All that oil”. Cannot get the oil out of current Wells due to waxing.

So if it was economical we wouldn’t be raising cash through bonds would we ?

Or maybe we just got the uneconomical oil out first ? Lol.

My 5000bopd break even calculation is based on current oil price $70 per barrel.

Should oil get back to the 80’s then 1700 could / should achieve breakeven.

Or I should re phrase - Give Copl ability to begin to generate our own cash which is fundamentally different from B/E but you get my drift.

Hey. They might be way out. We shall see. The same Article (Wyoming based) that I read 3 month ago (Since has been removed cough cough) also stated to temper expectation re Well productivity. Article agreed with Art in part that initial Production in the area can be 1500 to 2000bopd (Art stated 1-3000bopd). But what Art did not say and conflicts with the Article was the fact that after 6wks Flow can reduce to 500 and as low as 250bopd per Well in the area.

I am sure if you dig you will be able to verify this reducing Flow for the area. Hey / I’d still take 500bopd but that isn’t what Art sold to the PI. He said 1000-3000. Only initially will you get this figure.

What is imo less questionable is the fact that the area is long life. I believe it absolutely is long life. Most oil plays suffer decline in production ever decreasing resulting in a 10-15year life. Copl Assets if we ever begin Appraisal !! should deliver far beyond double this.

The problem lay in the fact that 70% of the land is Federal. What Copl or JV will have to do is locate a piece of State land and drill a horizontal. The obvious inconvenience of this is expected to drive up the cost.

Now …. Correct me if I am wrong but maybe the RS Report confirms the Federal land location in relation to the discovery and this is what Art is hanging on to ?

But of course I could be wrong about everything until or if it actually plays out.

Hence …. The continued stalling on the JV green light.

And I still maintain. FD Wells will be $12m per Well. Let’s wait and see…

Ed. With respect and by my calculation when Copl get to 5000bopd they will then be Break Even. Or at the point whereby we have a chance to start generating our own money from oil sales. There is of course the small matter of the £40m or so debt that states any Profit must be re directed to the reduction of that debt. Because at the minute it remains as is and never decreasing.

So absolutely I do not see Share Buy Backs at 5000bopd.

For goodness sake. We have just had a major Liquidity scare and that cannot happen again.

At the minute we burn cash.

5000bopd gets us some stability imo. First base. A lot to prove.

$10.7m does not even full fill the Appraisal cost of Fed Deep / let alone the cost of getting Copl to 5000bopd (My Break Even estimate before we start to generate our own cash). So if you think a JV is going to share the cost of any FD Appraisal (They would have paid already ? - Low relative cost to a Major Appraising 1bboo) then what does $10.7m get us ?

If it gets us to 5000bopd then I take that.

Healthy cash position ? They had $4m. They raised $11.8m. Now we got $10m. So we’ve burned ??? In 5 months. With the hedge. With previously higher Oil Prices. Q to Art.. Does $10m in the bank get us to 5000bopd Yes or No ?? No commitment to timelines at all. V poor. It is clear to me that Art is at war with the PI.

Eazy. The Hedge restructuring is temporary isn’t it ?? And will need re negotiating quite soon will it not ? Correct me if I am wrong. This will come at a cost.

Oapk I do hear you. At the end of the day Ciz made a bold move to raise funds against their own SP to Invest in another enterprise (Aligned with their own) and if it proves successful will imo double the current SP. Long way to go.

RNS - Exactly what I said. Both Ciz and Conduit are well informed re each other progress. Investment translates to access to Liquidity. Symbiotic relationships being established can support growth. Only growth (or belief in potential of immediate growth) in this current World supports SP appreciation.
