Wyoming currently rank 7 or 8th / but they’d be Top 2 or 3 with this for next 30 years.
One current Refinery in Wyoming can cope with 25.000 bopd. This one comes in at 85.000.

According to Wsgs.wyo.gov in 2020 Wyomings total oil reserves stood at 703mbo ? Well as amateur as I am / Is Copl Fed Deep gonna Top that lowering reserve base up ? No wonder they got good response from the State governors re gas flare.
Upon this article I read / there is absolutely no doubt the 993 million barrels are there and it would be huge for Wyoming. The problem re development lay purely in the hands of the Biden administration re how much lay on Federal land re permitting.
The article was published AUG 2022 and also confident 993mbo would deliver 50% upside once drilling began.

But obvs they got it right. Any mention of cash flow problem and going concern is a sure fire way to deplete any SP severely.

Big Oil Companies all saw their proven reserves reduce mainly due to a sustained reduction in Explorational drilling and Highly Ranked Widcat Prospects failing to deliver.
Exxon -7bboe from 23bboe in 2019 to 16bboe 2020.
BP -1bboe from 19bboe in 2019 to 18bboe 2020.

I haven’t sourced 2021 and 2022 Figs yet but suspect the trend continues. Some Reports suggests Big Oil Companies Reserves will run out within next 15 years / should they not boost their Reserves by Acquisitions as the easy oil is just not there and other higher extraction costing fields require greater investment.

Ryder Scott certified our Fed Deep 1.6bboe. Exxon had the highest depletion rates in Reserves of all the Big Oil companies.

Agreed BigBear. A JV would be a “Game Changer”for the SP, just for the Corporate Governance alone.
It’s a unique storm. Easy oil is running out. Capex has to be carefully applied. This is not middle of Atlantic is it ?
Also I think now Pandemic has settled ; that there is real appetite for already large Companies to grow and maximise their potential in these next 5 years. Hopefully we’ve found one that likes the look of this Fed deep.

Only when the “Going Concern” marker is removed via an RNS and that means adequate funding secured (And we could raise £16m ourselves) / will the SP become double digits.

One way or another and during FEB or March - We will know the outcome.

Devil / Ohh you think ART didn’t know the 1st Feb RNS was coming when we were in DEC ? This is all a Strategic Short Term play to lower the SP to allow lower entry point for JV.

Imo Double Digits won’t come until JV sign off to fund the Capex.

When ART needs those PI’s to Invest at 16p he releases Positive RNS and comms “Game Changer”.
When ART needs lower SP to allow Friends in he releases Negative RNS “Going Concern”.
Mission achieved thus far.
This all happened very quickly and a squeeze to achieve as it will all play out before end of March.
I will judge ART end of March as to whether Double Digits achieved and a pathway created to an appreciative SP begins.
Until then / it’s 6/7/8/9p as we can only predict the money comes in at lowest price possible.

Tbf what would be chances of SP above 16p April / May but with a substantially higher MCap ? I think High chance. JV or no JV.

I really don’t think ART can get away with another whammy. So the future from now to end of March will see it play out.

Raise £16m to sure up Balance Sheet.
Debt £50m.
£22m + £16m + £50m = £88m.

Put the Company up for Auction next week (We wouldn’t need the £16m then would we?) and see what price we would get for 1 billion barrels (Net 400m recoverable).
I’m sure we would get enough to pay off debt and return the rest toShareholders netting them more than 8p !!!
