If Primary Bid did happen (It won’t come to that as they don’t want PI’s to Invest at a fixed price on mass), then it we would probably miss out as they’d RNS it and state Primary Bid starts in 2hr and we would be out or at work. They never give you enough preparation time to sign up / get the cash ready - Tells its own story. Mates rates. Those in the know.

It’s complicated but I’ve laid out what I think is happening here. We are right at the precipice of unlocking very large potential (End of March - It must happen). Isn’t it curious how a Negative RNS causes a Crash ? At just the time that those providing the £100m Capex for the 1b barrels will now be taking a slice of COPL for 8/9p rather than 16p ? Not a bad start for them is it ? We are at the precipice.
No JV ?
We can raise the £16m ourselves. Loads of Companies out there that would pay 60% Capex per new Well for 40/50% share of Returns. ART didn’t put that in his RNS did he ?
It’s up to ART to put Shareholder interests first.
Only the Private Investors suffer when tree shaken. The tree has truly been shook. The 1b barrels is there and Certified.

We don’t get the JV.
We still need the £16m to sure up the balance sheet otherwise it’s curtains.
I’ve plainly laid out the fact that existing PI would produce that £16m if required. Bond holders wouldn’t authorise that as they want their piece. So either way the £16m is on the way.

Now …

Let’s get the £16m and then just add 1 Well every other month into the 1m barrels certified by Ryder Scott.

So we are ok without the JV.

Do you think that the JV and Cornerstone Investors and Bond Holders don’t know what the plan is for 2023 ??

Of course they did. Private Investors get spooked. They put the Investment in at lower price for a bigger share of the pie and away we go.

Like I’ve said. Raise the £16m. Add 1 Well every other month. Steady away. We could easy get to 3000 bopd by end of 2023. Value the Company on that estimate alone and if you think that is not achievable / then Sell.

It’s a Big oil field on land. This is not middle of Atlantic.

JV will play out either way by end of March. And so will the squeeze on the MM’s. Time is running out everyday. 25 or 55 days and counting.

Duster. Primary Bid is open to any Private Investor who signs up to it. He could raise £16m today on it. Yes he would need consent from Bond holders and they wouldn’t permit that but what does that tell you ?
Fact is the £16m is not a problem. And ART knew (obvs) the tight cash position when funding the Well and also used a 3/4 day shut in to allow this SP Storm to be created.
The only losers here are Private Investors who panic Sell in the Short Term whilst “Friends” of ART bob on and gain Market Share at far cheaper prices than 16p.

Think about it. Come end of March the reset button for COPL will have been pressed. The SP from whatever level it is then should appreciate. As Post March a clear plan to get at this massive oil field and on land !!!! simply must be in place. At that very time whatever conduit to funnel Capex into COPL will be in place and returns will truly begin to play out and very quickly.

I was in i3E when Armageddon happened on the fictitious Minos high. Drilling outside boundary. SP was decimated. I followed it down to 6p.

They had 2 Cornerstone Investors who pumped in multiples of cash at 6p and bought out a Canadian Oiler. This was accretive and turned the 6p to 25p. Yes a 4 bagger.

Now that didn’t help any Long Termers who got sucked in at 50p but what I figured out was this.

ART don’t run the Company. He just a holding man. He doesn’t need Private Investors. The only reason they do need us is to extract value from us at Specific Turning Points. “Game Changing Points”.

What I believe ART is doing along with his Friends (The one’s who will have to stump up the $100m up front Investment to develop the field) is creating a New Low Short Term to allow his Friends to align cheaper / whilst the Long Term Vision plays out.

And like I’ve said. The Long Term Vision MUST play out from Q2 !!! We are on the precipice. This is the final opportunity to align before development. And we need the JG expertise and cash injection. Serious cash injection to get the infrastructure right to believer the 400m barrels. It’s a unique storm created by our man ART.

He could raise the £16m by 2pm this afternoon. But he wouldn’t want Private Investors to get a piece of that would he ? We are not his “Friends”. We haven’t got £100m and Expertise in extracting 400m barrels have we ?

Weather improved in Wyoming THU. Well clearing up. We are in Feb. Money must occur by March. Hedges cleared. Look at Oil price. One way or another this will play out in next 25 to 55 days. Outcome is time limited.

Maestro. Agreed / but it would be a Good Outcome Not to waste the £30m Investment thus far into the North Sea would it not ? Also given the fact that the Serenity Discovery was “Transformational”. If it doesn’t come out of the ground then in it would turn out to be a wide of the mark Statement. We will soon find out <12 month.

Acquisition happened so fast because Serenity Drill goes ahead Q4. I3 are keeping a larger % of the Farm-out and therefore will need a contingency Debt Facility of sorts before the Drill. To raise the Debt Facility they need to increase size of the Company to Mitigate Risk. I was previously Negative about Serenity but now I see the Acquisition as I clear signal it goes ahead for the reasons I’ve just outlined. Whether it’s Q4 or 2022 I think we will see the Company take off. GLA.

GGG. I agree Not aGood deal for PI in Short Term. But in Medium Term we should see a Solid Return and so I accept Rough with the Smooth. They’ve took the cream off but there’s now less risk to achieving the Upside imo.

I told everyone on here / No Chance of Share Buy Backs (As a way of increasing the SP). Why ? Because the BOD love to raise money. Keeping their mates on mates Rates. However / They can get moving now and we will see SP on a Trajectory to 20p. I will be fuelling the rise along the way.

The BOD are paid to increase the Price of the SP and Not necessarily the MCap. I see this deal as only Accreative and therefore the SP can see 20p next 18 month. Everyone’s Dividend has just been Diluted. This is the ultimate consequence. Institutions are in the know but we need them.

I think this guarantee’s 20p in next 18 month. Do not rely on Serenity though ? I wonder if they’ve cut this deal because Tain does not go ahead ? Hope I am being overly Negative on this but without Serenity we see 20p so I am prepared to wait.
You cannot Trust them though. They use PI money for Leverage.
