Being a traditionally 4% Dividend paying Stock / I wouldn't put it past them to bob in some Special Dividends in between the Interim and Finals. We could be as short as 6 Month away from this but maybe 12. It will be a small token of faith to restore a tenth of Credibilty. PFG have NEVER failed to make a Profit at end of Financial Year April. Fast forward 1 year from now sp �9 lol.

Chartist2. With Woodford just buying over the % i.e. : 20.09. That tells me he has increased his long term position. And also he will have his Team all day long Buying and Selling right up to the 20.99% / until he decides to alter his long term position and break through the % again. So for next Month or so this Share will be up and down like a fiddlers. Woodford will know when the Negatives are coming and he will work within that % Selling. But he will not reduce his long term decision in a hurry. Cos he will know in advance when the Dividend is to be re instated as this is a Cash in Cash out business and always will be. That is when we first see solid Double Digit SP. I am 90% sure I am right.

Cheers for your input Chartist. I cannot always get on here due to work etc. I am simply trying to develop a winning strategy with this Share and who would have believed it would have sunk so soon to high 8's. I guess I am saying all we can really do is piggy back on the Fund Managers ( Of which Worldwide 1000's ). With 40% of Shares known to be held with just 2 Funds / surely a weak pound will attract Foreign Fund Managers cash and only then when they fight for the Dividend will SP go up. All about Supply and Demand. The weak pound gives Foreign Investors more buying power.

Woodford 19.06 to 20.09. Deutshe 5.05 to 6.40 ( but bear in mind Finanacial Instruments vs Non ). It doesn't quite fit my theory lol / but point is SP movement will surely follow. So Woodford imo has increased his Buying Intension as he can only Hold now and buy up to 20.99. Any thoughts Chartist and co ? Am I just a fool or am I not far off the mark ?And how do we translate this ideal to make us some Wins ?

My thoughts on Woodford. Obv he wants a return to success. He practically owns the Non Standard Credit Market along with Invesco whom he was top trumps with for a 20 year. Is this his plan ? He buys enough to limit the amount of live Shares in the Market ( Done already ). This causes SP movement due to limited supply. RNS must be declared 1% threshold. So when he see's cheap he buys to go over threshold. He then drip feeds it out and plays between the 1%. Only if he see's real Value will he break the 1% threshold. By 2019 he says return to �300m profit and I believe him. So moral to Story is follow Woodford or Invesco or the Germans and when they BUY / we wait for the dip and then we BUY. Cos they will buy and sell within that 1%. Phew !!

Sawcut. The Shares are issued to the Directors as part of a Save Scheme. Each Month they get issued 1 Free Share for every 4 purchased. Absolutely pointless / but they grab an extra 25%. Share numbers they can sign up to are probably maximum 16 / Month. In for a penny... Pointless RNS news apart from quickly seeing how many they have in tow.

I hope I look back in 6 months and all is forgiven. Gutted.

Cannot believe the result today. Inc my Share by 5000 but absolutely gutted and also RNS non specific about about the future. Is this on radar for a Takeover Target from Stobart again ? Would it benefit us with sp or not ? I just feel they have a Monopoly and could expand further into Europe esp with Monarch being deleted. 75 million Market Cap are you kidding me ?

What Barclays said about PFG was below the belt. But people say one thing and do another. You may or may not know that P Crook used to run Barclays UK before he got the PFG CEO. I always wondered if he did anything wrong at Barclays as to end up at Prov is a step down from Barclays. Anyway / I hope to see �8 zone again to get back in due to the 2017 W/Off vs Bond and Debt situation. Then head toward �16 before Woodford reduces exposure. That is my plan / but I may fail to get back in ..

Woodford inc his Share from 19% to 20%. Surely he cannot risk being assoc with any more bad news with PFG. He must have had assurances about the future Negatives / which I say are already built in. The Home Credit statement Fri 13 basically said very little and some truths hidden and I really did not think they would do that.

Well Mr Positive I had a 2 year plan with the PFG saying to myself i will not sell until X price / So I give myself a time span. Sold after 3 days. That was the craziest 3 days of my life. I am waiting on sidelines until we get low �8 and should have gone for it yesterday. So within 3 years �16 will happen. But hopefully shorter. I need to get back in first. Rocky rd will allow further opportunities surely.

MrPositive. Yes I am satisfied with Home Credit arm but the days of �110m profit year in year out have gone. �30m is possible in 18 Month. We have to remember PFG is a 4 arm concern and HC only accounts for 1/3 of business. They will get it right but their headcount ( more staff ) is a false dawn. Come turn of year there will be less and more Part-time because Quite simply Customer numbers do not support. Potentially they could modernise the HC product so that is in the locker for the future. Other Competitors could not adapt with Investment like PFG can. �16 sp within 3 yr.

The Turnaround Collection performance is poor. When you loose Customers ( and a lot ) your Collection performance goes up because of Pay Ups. Come Jan they will need less people so .... but they will find equilibrium.

Just my opinion. The more time that expires over next 12 month / The less opportunity PI will have to buy in the �8 zone or lower. Within next 6 month the opportunity to buy at �6 and �7 zone will completely disappear for good. Over next 3 years we will all have multiple opportunities to sell at a profit of our choosing.
