So answer is no , this is a done deal already with selected investors/ institutions and we as existing shareholders are cut out and share price drops short term wiping potential 14m or 20% off value of company to raise 5m or 7% of market cap. Does not seem good business short term?

I bought only a week ago for 3.10p as well. So we are not eligible to purchase discounted shares, only institutions?

Raising 5m on a 72m market value is approx 7% , discount to new/ additional investors 23%. Are we eligible to purchase as Pi as this could be a good value? Or do we all think its skimming?

Might seem like a well worn phrase but we haven't "lost" anything until we push that sell button. I was burned by fear over tumbling cineworld price . Not this time , we all know this share is worth more than 20p and so it will be!

forgive my ignorance but if other companies are set up in other countries but stay under the PLC does this mean if the UK ltd company was bled dry by these claims could the viable other business`s be hived off to protect them and by way affect the share price , ie take money out of UK set up protected new business?

Can i ask a general opinion on the future of Amigo if JB wins the day and takes cash out of the PLC to set up unregulated subsidiaries outside of UK. Could this then be hived off. I am thinking about collapse of Wonga uk but successful business in Africa not touched. My own interest i own small holding 2000 at 8.10p. first post!
