Good enough for me. If a material issue to progress of company is removed or greatly reduced ( always receive complaints) we are back on steady ground and probably will welcome back some shipmates in time Lol

this is the important point if October deadline is met with reduced liabilities for complaints then massive upside however it would be important to be able to then draw a line under numerous claims going forward.

Also when was this posted on their website as may have had an impact on certain investor decisions?

If you are correct Figg tree then i would be over the moon as i have always felt this is what holds us back. But even their statement highlights recent negative press and CMCs

Great post summing up , Moses : the BOD make no mention of reducing scale of complaints going forward by JR . Even though every credit card co and bank in UK is tightening its criteria for lending Amigo is still under the spotlight?? Average credit co charge 30-40% Overdraft fees 39%. But Amigo treated like a leper??

Sorry all but i am seriously P#####d off following FAQ on Amigo site .Way too little too late They ask for questions to BOD on their site
1) Why respond now at the 11th hour , Too little to late?
2) You state you have the option of JR yet have drained the company funds with unsubstantiated claims circa 75-85% paid?

Thanks for responses, personally i am in this business long term . I like the fact that even with the placing there are not that many shares available. Also i believe CEO when he said they were still on course for getting to profit by year end. £6 mill raised gives them scope for greater growth. Hidden gem

It is the CEO of PLC that JB wants, GC to stay as CEO of Amigo if possible

Bod v JB = Sp volatility, no real clear plan at all from Bod to date = lower share price. But the real elephant in the room is and always has been FCA/FOS as no major ii would invest while under this cloud. Short term if after vote JB wins and has clear plan or Gc stays , confirmed CEO and will I believe set out his recovery of business will lead to a quick rise in sp . Until the company can get a minimum principal agreed by FCA lending may not be agreed . If FCA decided to treat Amigo as they had Wonga ( investigation hasn't finished?) Amigo would fold as they would have to compensate everyone who obtained a loan in certain conditions. If Amigo can remove this obstacle possibly by JR ( more delay) the business would again flourish and higher sustained sp would be achieved. Personally I am in and not worried about the short term volatility
