Makes sense that share price not only dropped yesterday but earlier in the week as clearly some knew.
Represented more like a 25% discount to the earlier share price in the week. Small investors have no chance!
Don't know if anyone is aware of Richard Mays who is legal counsel for COPL. I am invested here 85% down! Also invested in Milton capital a SPAC company set up late last year to look at new technologies/ AI. Mr Mays has just become a director and shareholder in Milton and the company has changed its focus to the oil and gas industry. Does anyone think there could be any link?
What percentage of Lucy's do Tek still own?
Does anyone know the net debt we are carrying? Not a deramp as I bought in last week and intend to hold until at least £2.25
Paddyboy.
You're absolutely right, I should have invested in Battersea dogs home as I have invested in so many Lol!
I started buying shares from my SIPP that I took control of In lockdown ( like many) I have to say that I bought NEX at a little over a pound from memory and it was probably my most profitable stock selling at over 120 percent profit . I am very surprised it now languishes at this price . This company has a large market share is continued to win contracts and the bottom line is it will come good again just like Barclays has started to turn a corner in the last few days. This is not some corrupt vehicle for directors to milk the market like many firms I have been daft enough to invest in. I will be investing again tomorrow in NEX and wish all LTHs all the best
Is anyone attending the AGM on Monday? I think there are serious questions need answering re corporate governance with Home and Home Alvarium especially as Viceroy were right about rent collections . They also made allegations about inflated purchase prices for properties.
I too looked up this company this morning. Crazy that they could take over a portfolio of this scale and cost. I still believe there is sufficient equity given the original investment purchases and further capital raised to purchase more properties. The company however haven't admitted that there was some truth to the viceroy allegations that the company denied. Potential fraud?
What about those under water with this share following the Triller hype, they raised at 2.25p then. Hope no one is going to lose too much from this . I sold out today after averaging down and did make a profit but not everyone could.
Working nights and just woke up to this nightmare! Came online to check Vast as LTH and can't believe my eyes frankly! Art is a total c##t and con merchant . How much of this bull was alluded to before. £5grand down on my pension in the space of 3 hours kip!!!
For my two cents worth, even at worst case scenario, property prices inflated and issues with rent stability and questionable housing associations/ charities. The company only has debt of 250 million against property portfolio of 2308. This includes circa 360 properties in London where minimum half million per property equates to 180 million . Only part I can't work out is the potential suit against the company , can anyone explain this?
This year's dividend with the drastic fall in SP represents over 10% especially if claims against the company are found to be largely unfounded. I bought a modest stake and am 25% down but may come good after audit late January
Experienced people hopefully won't take an age before finding the right company to take forward .
Good luck
Thanks for the insults! I am not a deramper ,shorter or looking for a low price point entry but have a modest 7 grand invested in COPL. I was asking this information as the continued conversion of bonds and probable sale has a small but negative continued impact on share price. Also wanted to know total debt before we complete RBL.
