The new floor for this share price has to be +35p minimum, even if some take recent profits. All LTHs have seen price rise on good news only to fall back. I'd like to see them either cut debt , start a buyback of shares or pay us a dividend at some point , good luck to all long term holders

I hope the share price rises ( or at least holds ) until 2025 results due around mid May. We may see closer to the broker guide price of 45p .

You are quite correct as no formal offer. Do you expect the formal offer today or progression to shareholder engagement or an RNS that pulls the rug from under the possible low offer

As another shareholder under water, I do hope you're correct. That would surely require an RNS today to say the company's situation has materially changed given the disposals rather than progressing the 30p offer to shareholders ( ii)

No wording from the bod has changed throughout this process. They are still saying they would support this low offer of 30p per share whilst improving the debt for for Sidara. I hope that people saying that the ii will reject the deal or another potential bidder will enter the fray are right . Having been burnt several times by incompetent or possible fraudulent companies/ directors I fully expect the bod to recommend this offer.

What are people's opinions on the level of funding required as per previous RNS for this year given the .65mil was raised at .12 for Christmas trading which was poor? How much do we think will need to be raised going forward? Obviously given £3 mil valuation on Ardgowan investment and 6.5% annual return the market cap on the company is very low.

There was a news report from sky yesterday saying they will extend the PUSU today until the end of the month as they look to complete the deal by that point. No one else has so far come in for the company. Surprised the large institution investors haven't questioned this deal . My opinion, the directors and senior management are looking out for their own bonuses and salaries first.

I noted the information with regards to joining Vela board and also the refocus on financial services. Could there be a link between the two now using the Amigo name ? Apologies if already discussed.

This is only repeating the previous offer that Sidara made . The position that Wood is now, it will not sell for anywhere near that figure of 2.30. company has over a billion pounds of debt. I am a holder of 17000 shares and doubled down on the huge drops . Personally hope for anything close to £1.00

Makes sense that share price not only dropped yesterday but earlier in the week as clearly some knew.

Represented more like a 25% discount to the earlier share price in the week. Small investors have no chance!

Don't know if anyone is aware of Richard Mays who is legal counsel for COPL. I am invested here 85% down! Also invested in Milton capital a SPAC company set up late last year to look at new technologies/ AI. Mr Mays has just become a director and shareholder in Milton and the company has changed its focus to the oil and gas industry. Does anyone think there could be any link?
