Some of these posts are absolutely ridiculous re £4 dividend. As a holder of this share for 8 months during which the company did not receive a firm offer for the business and the full sale process was abandoned we now have a vague " credible offer" . Come on investors, I am holding because I refuse to sell at such a loss and am clearly not alone but i have said before since FSP abandoned company MUST give clear information not vague potential offers and significant dividend promise .

Don`t forget GIC and NT debts getting higher and associated fees whoo hoo!!!

cheers for posting that v long winded legal info. i got to page 38 of 119 so far and what really stands out is the incredible way that Grewal was running the company and effectively hoodwinking shareholders by making promises of maximising shareholder value when the only real asset of the company was already being controlled by Nordic Trust. Whilst giving guarantees to GIC that he had no right to. I am now consoled with the fact that i will see nothing from this as NT trust are first dibs as guaranteed creditors and i presume GIC will come under the next category . Grewal should be reported to FCA ( not that i have any confidence in them =AMIGO LOL)

Fair and reasoned reply. I just hope that the board can be a little more forthcoming if they are not under any further NDA. I personally would welcome a dividend to reinvest as I hope we do continue to mine some assets .

The problem with this BB now is that we have two camps . Long term investors that are 100s% in profit and other investors here for months and still not ahead ,so the recent RNS is seen negatively. If the mad storks is one of them you can hardly blame him for starting to question what's going on. Personally I think the board should now give a clearer idea of what the offer is and what if any offer was turned down . I appreciate a little clarity can affect the share price but after well over a year in fsp with no information and remember DL piper and UBS wouldnt be hired for nothing were owed a little more

Wow! I hope I don't message strong support one minute then dump. Some on here are ruthless trailing back over messages. This and Eua are my biggest investments apart from funds in SIPP so an holding in the hope Crypto holds strong coming into a new tomorrow after lockdowns etc.
