159 million shares £1.2m in cash = share worth less than a penny . Unbelievable!

I've heard some optimistic opinions on BB's but really? If Proger is worth anywhere like 200 million then they will raise the funds to ultimately pay this debt rather than potentially lose control of their business. I have made a small topup this morning based on poor sentiment but could be drawn out a bit?

My only theory ( I am a shareholder) is that their work and cashflow has fallen off a cliff. They are essentially a project management company but as much of Italy and many other countries infrastructure projects have probably been put on hold or paused during the pandemic this must have had a negative impact on their business.
I am also a little concerned that Cadogans nominated director on Proger board wasn't replaced?

As a relative newcomer to investing I totally understand your frustrations . I too look on the share price with dismay when comparing to price of BTC but have to remind myself of the bigger picture . Owning 25% of pluto prior to IPO and buying outright the land and equipment for new facility and the tie up with epic. These have the potential to really push the share price to blonitys type of forecast £10+ . I think patience is required here ( and maybe take my constant eye off the SP for a little while)

Fundraising to maintain 25% holding in Pluto may in the future seem like the deal of the century as this company has so much potential. Do we hold any stake in other crypto asset companies such as pires?

Could I please ask for LTHs view on mid term realistic price on PFC as I view this as a much higher value share pre covid crash had dropped to mid 350s . I don't really understand why this hasn't recorded higher rises since false scandal at start of the year considering the rises and bull market in oil?

Not sure on criteria for Nasdaq listing. Yanks on Stocktwits have said four dollars. I think it is a given that if with have met the criteria the application wi have been made as PW was very coy about Nasdaq

For a company not yet listed on Nasdaq this will get major exposure for Argo , what a star PW is

I suppose it was understandable that the share price has dropped, those PIs who managed to get some at ipo of 5p still did great as it opened 20p? Some 300% profit so was bound to be traded down . I hope if it does drop further will not be by much . Then we will see true reflection of value GLA

What are peoples thoughts on the SP when the extra 187million shares land on 8th march . Not allowing for the extra value this creates in the company via 3.75 million purchase. The extra shares would dilute to circa 1.4p per share?

Hi all , glad I got in this morning as this company was on my radar waiting listing. My only question is possible dilution going forward as although company has raised funds, any works to ascertain value and subsequently mine these metals would be much more expensive in UK than other countries?
