Reading this RNS company have made 800grand since investment of 13% of company SV owned 25.9% so would have made 1.6million circa. As we now own 28% of sv going forward if profit only stayed the same we would be returned an extra 500grand for our increased share of SVV . Sounds bloody brilliant!

Reading the trading update for year end 2020 does seem to show significant growth and stating they were slightly ahead of expectations suggests to me annual turnover in excess of 2.2 million dollars and possibly near break even figures which when compared to previous years is great growth. I am currently at 25% down after buying on 1st drop but think this will slowly recover . I wonder where others see the current share value of company ?

Could you please confirm the actual closing price as LSE still showing 29.5. I find it remarkable if the price has dropped by some 40% as some posters have said on such volume and yet we have seen suppressed share price on positive sentiment for quite some time now.

Can I ask you're opinions on PFC as I am looking at them for medium/ long term play. Historically £4-5 share but sit at about a pound ( remind me very much of NEX 5 months ago) I know they have a bribery scandal but think that's factored in plus oil price increasing in the medium term?

I am amazed that this share is so low and will be buying tomorrow to HOLD . I am a fan of long term value and prior to covid crash this was a comfortable £4-5 share similar to NEX which I have also bought. As another poster stated there has been no placing or dilution as far as I can see in the last year to keep the business afloat and with oil price rising and general view that will be maintained, share price should at least double in short to medium term?

Yes I read that information at the end of the 2018 results. Mark is quite right how long Randeep held creditors at bay!

I found it very enlightening reading the company report from year end 2018. Company making a loss but Randeep paying himself over 1.2 million when other directors on peanuts in comparison. Also they stated then the company aim to sell assets and pass dividend to shareholders. They had some time to refinance or sell assets, can only presume Randeeps`s grip or greed. Hope we hear soon! As you said the vast majority over 40million shares are still to be exercised @1.5p I'm invested here but am very wary of how and when these warrants will be exercised in terms of RTO
