Couldnt you just sell the shares on the rise ie on offer day share price reverts to offer price, or am i being naive?

Very good point I overlooked that Nordic already had court action against Green Dragon

GIC bringing this winding up / liquidating order can only mean that they are trying to preserve some of their investment which would also possibly hint at poor management given the length of time restructuring was taking when you take into account assets v debt. Not surprised Nordic may not have been driving this as their bond is accruing compound interest?

only caught this RNS this morning and have been reading all your opinions and debate since. Clearly when company failed to pay back Nordic bond was this because they were not viable despite supposed huge assets to restructure finance or CEO who many describe as greedy / dodgy refused to dilute his percentage of company? Only time will tell whether he has milked the company or set up a deal for Chinese partners to buy assets at a knock down price . I cannot wait for next RNS Good luck all

Apologies if this question has been asked . I have been assigned 14 shares as part of the recent offer but when i click on these on my HL sipp it dosent allow me to pay at the offer price £1.75 any idea when i pay for these and can i buy more, presume you can only buy based on your holding?

what are the chances i wonder of getting a retail investor on the board as there are changes to be made. This would at least show a little more transparency?

I will be happy when we have moved on a little in progression terms as the RNS re 8b bank was massive news and yet share price didnt reflect this. In time hopefully this will not be a share traded daily but a star that keeps rising . Good luck to all next week and beyond

Its very funny that there are disagreements/ arguments over the potential share price Ramping?Deramping accusations when pretty much we are all in agreement that this is a good forward thinking company that is at the forefront of using new technology in Fintech. There are going to be major changes in the future of banking and ecommerce and SYME could be the Microsoft of this sphere. Im a small investor thinking 10-12 years if it really took off. Is it possible that the final price for the company per share will be not be a multi bagger from this point ? I ask as a new investor, understand the potential value of sites eua has but as share price has already dramatically increased, could the offer price end up equal to or less than the share price at published date? Similar to William Hill?

The reason why this share price has dropped is because the world is essentially in a race to provide vaccines or treatments for covid. God knows how many pharmacies or bio companies shares have rocketed or slumped depending on where they are with getting to market. Personally I think this SP has stood up well . July spike over £2 then £2.40 and now holding £1.50-£1.70 . That's only 3 months . Covid is moving so fast given levels of competition MMs are aware this could rocket on breakthrough news
