Now that would be a good question anyway , my thoughts re their ace up the sleeve would be revisiting the takeover but at at higher price sudden " new" bidder

If you were a wealth fund manager for say mic and their was a feeling that the bod were going to lose the upcoming egm vote would you A) vote with the bod and hope that pi s do not vote / JB has not sold but controls some holding.
B) vote for bod but go along if JB wins as you still see the long term potential.
C) sell your holding prior to egm due to uncertainty .
D) Offer say 50p a share as a total buyout.

Very good point re JB buying now as his irrevocable purchase order was for 29% , but if he owned say 20% of company at vote and wins through technically he may only have to complete 9% at hopefully higher sp by then?

For me the concern would be the magic 20p sp as many on here have put that as their figure. Coupled with the misconception that JB would pay 20p to repurchase 29% ( actual up to) . But in reality when we next get to that range things hopefully will look considerably brighter and those pi s will hold in bigger numbers . Up the Amigos
