no I don't ... but it has to be a heck of a lot cheaper that a full plant - The higher up the concentration level, the more control and expense.
Just making the point that crushing ricks and doing separation is not that difficult. A full plant (capable of much larger annual production) is a very hefty piece of capital expenditure. If plants elsewhere can do it, an option (that is all) is to provide concentrate.
Anyway .. all day-dreaming and I suspect at the back of his mind FM already has a plan
