Happy days .. my first tranche of shares was bought on 2nd Nov - I had expected to have missed the Accustem cut !

Further to our previous notices regarding the issue of AccuStem share to holders of Tiziana Life Sciences, please be aware that unfortunately Tiziana Life Sciences have still not confirmed a date when we can expect to receive the AccuStem shares. We have contacted Tiziana Life Sciences direct on a number of occasions however, no response or timetable has been forthcoming.

It has however, been announced that the Accustem shares will have a standard listing on the Official List and be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange. A process is underway to seek admission to the standard segment of the Official List and trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Accustem Admission will occur during Q1 2021.
We are monitoring the situation and will update entitled accounts with the new shares as soon as possible. The ex-entitlement date for the distribution was 2nd November 2020.

Nothing negative about facts now ..... but it is the case that most (if not all) of their holding are either initial award (very normal for director new) or a deferred bonus arrangement. There are (sadly) not that many companies that directors actually put their own physical cash ion (and those you pay attention to).

I am not being negative, but the wild speculation about 'why did they sell' .. well perfectly obviously sold of part of an award (they never physically had) to settle tax bill ... all pretty standard stuff so no idea what the big deal is

No offence taken ... I think we could all be clearer there is no news or agenda in this - just normal BOD workings in 10,000+ companies

Given their salaries (especially FM), I wonder why they did not hold the shares and just pay the implied tax.

Anyway, as I said, smells more about initial share award+tax amount ... something pretty frequently done, so not really news and nothing to point to.

I know of at least one other has done that... will return when their rise is done. Good day/week/month trading strategy if you do your homework.

My original sell-out point was 90 for the majority of my holding, but given the implied news and extremely high upward potential, am holding longer.

Buying in - selling down .. we all have a plan to gain wealth .... there is no news in that

No real news here .... other than I don't recall how many actual shares any of the directors have bought with their own money rather than been 'awarded'

-Think of how many shares you want to award yourself
- add an amount to cover a sale strike price covering the tax liability

All pretty standard BOD trough activities really, and even though most (or all) of their holdings are deferred bonus arrangements) they all do have a very vested interest in a substantially higher share price also
