RE: Investment Case Recap - Very Strong Buy8 Mar 2021 10:11
I had a look at the post (that has been removed from the thread). Whilst I am not at all sure I agree with much of it (well any actually), I am not at all sure it was abusive - it was a point of view.
Whilst it seems obvious just looking at other holdings that the MM's are not just "focusing all their powers of manipulation on a small South African mining operation", what is it people want... an open forum or a closed once just as manipulated as the MM's seem to be one.
The way to destroy this kind of jibberish is to show it for what it is.
In this (and indeed many deleted posts), there are points of view. Just as there are ra-ra endless optimism posters, so there are the more negative .. is it not called debate ?
I rather think I will get the abuse for this now ..... but aside for personal and abusive commentary, are we really wanting censorship ?
So .... to respond to the jibberish claims
======
"Once Bushveld makes a decent profit share price will rise,"
.... aside from a paper loss last year Bushveld has made substantial cummulative profits in the past 4 years
"Fortunes vanity projects don’t appear to be attractive to the majority of investors....until he can show they result in good profit they are meaningless"
..... vanity is your point of view.. I see a consumate CEO building a vision. I may agree mistakes have been made (it is a journey of self learning for him too), but to take a business with a minor Iron role to operating 2 out of the 4 Vanadium mines not controlled by China or Russia and having complete control of the cashflow does not strike me a vane .. just a sound businessman.
"..but you could go for the easy route and just blame the MMs"
..... True, but then Alfa has forensically shown a level of manipulation and indeed submitted a case to the FCA (as I understand it)
"it’s strange because they have not had back the share price on my other investments, strange that they are focusing all their powers of manipulation on a small South African mining operation??,"
... take a look at any number of holdings and BB's... they are awash with manipulation commentary
