The Listing is by June (or at least that's the current target). Not sure what a divi has to do with IHT. The HMRC rules say if a stock is dual listed then the IHT exemption for AIM stocks held more than 2 years goes.

Now if a divi is paid (or ExD) before then, perhaps there is tax advantage somewhere but can't think of it.

So long as we leave SETsq and move to a system where the MM's can't be quite so cute I will live with the IHT loss

just remember .... markets are cyclic and change... perhaps planning a whole (or good chunk) of retirement based around a large dividend stream of one company is not the best advise. We are each masters of our own destiny - just important to be objective long term.

That said, a 5% divi on 200 SP means I only need 10% of my current holding to cover everything and then some .. food for thought
