Perhaps an approach is innevitable but tgat does not mean it would be successful or allowed. I for one cannot see a possible world leader industry as part of SA sunrise growth being allowed to be owned by an external nation where most or all of the output is dire ted elsewhere and not for the benefit of SA or Africa in general.

I wonder if a more likely possibility is another large ore cruss and concentrate plant shipping the output to the KoSA for them to.process. They have no restrictions a d can built a full plant probably in less than 2 years from scratch with none of the environmental social or political issues of plant extendion in SA.... a long term suppy and cost agreement can separate Bushveld from the vanadium market and protection can be gained by the supply being limited to their vfrb and not for resale as an open mineral.

Bushveld have many decades of high grade available in Mokopane and Brits so guaranteei g a very long term and predictable profit stream.
