Thanks for the updates .. keep em coming.
So in the last 12 months just under 16% of the total shares in issue have been confirmed. Extend to Jan last year (18 months and its 23%. Add in some of the large holders who have not updated but are very likely to have most if not all of their holding still (as 2 years ago many a forum comment was looking at 3 figures), then it is not unreasonable to suggest approx a third of all shares in issue are solidly held.
Add in the many large long term II and board holdings, and again, it is not unreasonable to suggest greater than 50% of the company is solidly held.
There is occasional talk of Takeover or aggressive bids, but to to succeed, the bidder would have to convince the overwhelming majority of these holders (us) ....
Given the many detailed workings of cash-flow and expansion, does anyone realistically in the next 2 years see any sudden bit succeeding for less than well into 3 figures ? I don't
There is every reason to see long, sustained and significant dividends paid for many years underpinned by a solid asset-base and in-market cash-flow machine (Leasing).
Just saying ...
