I looked up LESLIE OSBORN MD. at Soguard Hydrogen Production. I think there is much more behind his comment than initially meets the eye. If a company has a a sound Marketing strategy then they may well concentrate on their target market and not allow themselves to become distracted by chasing every lead that comes their way. Either way it is extremely unprofessional for one MD to bad mouth another on a public forum just because the leads from his clients were turned down. Swallow your pride and don't show yourself up would be my advice.
These are Results from Laboratory tests. Factorys have to be built, machinery to manufacture them has to be designed and tested then built and there has to be no hiccups in any of these processes. Meanwhile demand is rocketing.

ITM stock price prediction
Analysts are expecting the price of ITM stock to rally above £400 by end of the first quarter of 2022.
However, this is pegged on the hopes that the current situation between Ukraine and Russia does not spill over to the neighboring European countries triggering a response from the NATO members that include the UK.

Hasn't stopped price rises there.
“If we don’t find a solution in the coming days, French people will see an increase between 35% and 40% in electricity bills,” Le Maire said at a press conference in Paris. “It is an absolute emergency because the explosion in electricity prices is neither sustainable for households nor for businesses.”

When selling into contracts that were headed up by one of our group companies we would use OEM (Other Equipment Manufacturers) pricing, these were considerably lower than prices used in competitive tenders. This was to allow the lead tenderer (usually another group company) to be competitive when applying their margins. It seems to me that ITM are selling to Linde at OEM prices which would explain the 16% issue and the evasive replies to the question.
Can a case be settled at a deposition?
Yes, it can. Most depositions won't be used for more than leverage to reach a settlement before a case goes to trial. A deposition can be used as evidence in court, but a settlement is usually the goal. This can be good or bad news depending on which side of a lawsuit you're on and how negotiations go
Further info :- The deposition has two purposes: To find out what the witness knows and to preserve that witness' testimony. The intent is to allow the parties to learn all of the facts before the trial, so that no one is surprised once that witness is on the stand. At a deposition, a person appears at a specified time and place and gives sworn testimony—under oath, usually with a court reporter present so that a record is made. ... Similar to what happens at trial, a lawyer will ask questions to the person being deposed (the "deponent").
Apparently this means :- A document directing a witness to appear to answer questions under oath is called a notice of deposition. ... The notice is sent to all parties in a lawsuit so that everyone involved has been given notice of the event
I bought my majority at that, with another chunk at 40p rights issue. Holding since then on this white knuckle ride. Fell just short or my trigger point to sell at the peak. But confident enough to hold until we bojncback. e

I've filtered wibbly wobbly, his posts just got too tiresome and from the responses to them, it looks like they still are. I could never understand the reason he places multiple posts instead of pasting the whole kit and caboodle in one post. Still at least I just get a group of green bars now.
