Ceres Power said that Julia King, Baroness Brown of Cambridge, has assumed the position of senior independent director, succeeding Steve Callaghan who stepped down from the Board at the close of Thursday's AGM.

King has been on the Ceres board since June 2021 and brings huge experience across industry, academia and government and a focus on climate change and the low carbon economy, said the statement.
