Green hydrogen is entering hockey stick territory: the point where it sees a sudden and sharp turn upward. A boom in the supply of and demand for the environment-friendly gas will power a whopping 120-fold global expansion in the key equipment used to split water and produce hydrogen.

Installations of electrolyzers are set to grow from 2 gigawatts currently to 242 gigawatts over the next eight years, with companies like Longi Green Technology, John ****erill, Plug Power, ITM Power and ThyssenKrupp leading the manufacturing, according to BloombergNEF. Cumulatively, around $130 billion will be spent on electrolyzers between now and 2030.

My understanding is that if shares in an aim listed company are held for longer than two years, they are not liable for Capital Gains tax. I guess holding them in an ISA means you are double protected.

I agree 100% haggismchaggis1. It is extremely frustrating when members of this board persistently knock the strategy and results of the board in what appears to be knee jerk reactions to their own frustrations. Occasional negative comments can be effective for balance in a discussion, but to consistently knock and carp because the company is not doing things the way that you used to do things when you ran a company is not constructive criticism, it comes across as sour grapes. You hit the nail on the head when you said "you are not being forced to hold a stock that you are not happy with" I will add that it is noticable that some members posts are always negative, no matter what the subject under discussion is.
