Well well, something is cooking with roche. Why would they do that? They have definitley been in discussions. Are Roche about to take us out? What would you do if you was a multi billion pharma and potentially your biggest competitor was at 170 mcap. Hmm. I recal seeing something random about negotiaitons with roche earlier this month but dismissed it maybe they knew something... something is brewing and we will soon know what.

Surfie, we are heading into the biggest recession in over 80 years possibly a depression as many economists have predicted. On top of that we are looking at the very likely chances of a second worldwide wave which will cut deeper into the markets then the first time. The DOW has been rallying ever since its low in march on what exactly? Why is it at almost pre covid levels? The markets are all over the place and so volatile that even the slightest bit of enthusiasm about a vaccine and the end of this virus will send stocks flying. On the other hand, any hint of a second wave and when reality of all that has happend sinks in and companies report half year losses we will see a massive retraction in the market. I know where i would rather invest and its not in the FTSE right now.

So at that point the market is saying to potential investors you can buy this whole company, its tangible, intangible, intellectual property for less than its net assets value. Absolutely bonkers!

Well if it was a partnership for a short term then yes, you would expect to hear about that already just like we heard about our partnership with AZ & GSK. However, it were a merger or acquistion then no, i would expect several conditions and alot of dd going on so that could take months.

To sink the negativity would do nicely. Its very easy to start spouting negative comments about why we keep dropping and the people spouting that nonsense look like geniuses. People need to remember this company were one of if not the first off the blocks in spotting this opportunity. Hence, order book and cash of £120m and most likely with US figures in excess of £200m by July 1. The company are not about to sit on thier laurels and let the value of the company drift whilst competitors overtake them. They have a plan, they know what they are doing. Daily fluctations do not concern them as they strategise medium

Yes chris, as i said in my other post shares are changing hands all this selling volume is being picked up by one or more buyers. Look out for delayed trades. I can only imagine this suppression of the price is for someone to pick up on the cheap. It will soon be over.

This has been the case for the past three weeks. Considering everthing i can only suspect we have shares exhanging hands the buyer is undisclosed imo.

Thats a lot of players with the virus, my guess is alot of people have the virus over there. I know they were using our kits and i would love to know what sort of order they placed?

One thing i think is quite noteworthy especially in the current position the company find themselves in is the description of the CEO on the website. ‘Has led many successful exits.’ This is a key skill to possess as a CEO. I trust he is the right man for the job and the upcoming decisions he has or will make will probably be the most important in his career to date. This will ultimately define his career. A future pharma major CEO in the making imo.
