Barchid I haven't read the "Shareholder Agreement" where BOD's powers of decisions will be specified.
Executive powers can allow the Board to make Financial Decisions as appropriate. However I would suggest, as often happens where there are Large Institutional Investors, there would be some consultation, which could in exceptional cases result in a Shareholder's Meeting. Rare I agree but always possible. So in essence , and without having sight of the SH Agreement, your statement is correct.

Barchid if you think about it, at these levels the BOD can easily reduce div. I believe they would need approval at a GM.

Exploration, I do know the National Grid utilise their High Pressure pipes for storage purposes, not exactly like the Old Gas Ometers of years gone by, which were relatively low pressure by comparison.. The rest you specify is another piece of knowledge, which I for one have learnt today and does show the separation between Oil and Gas pricing.

Trent problem is many not going to Supermarkets and requesting home delivery. Home delivery can't cope and some customers ordering 4x as much dry goods than usual.

In regards current market conditions, I have now heard 2 very reasonable scenarios.

1. Global Markets have/are overheating and growth cannot be maintained, a recession is likely and markets are reacting accordingly.

2. China is becoming too dominant Financially, Politically, Geographically generally. The Americans are nervious/unhappy at their (China) continuing growth and this virus ( or at the least the threat) is having a desired effect.
