Algy Cluff's retirement was short-lived because he just got bored and got back to what he knows. ( I can understand this
as retirement can come as a shock when one has nothing or very little to do)

Licence bids have been targeted at areas where little or no Investment is required. This knocks on the head any predicted
Fund raise.

Suggest as Mike's questions are directly relating to Algy Cluff and his position, best to find and send directly to him. Not sure the hierarchy at CLNR will do the necessary especially in view of the NON-answer to BadA.

Just my opinion.

A shareholder any shareholder are entitled to ask pertinent questions, not of confidential or of a sensitive nature. Directors can answer in an open way without divulging market sensitive information. Have seen it happen elsewhere when issues or rumours circulate and CEO's have been courteous and reply promptly if only a holding mail ( away, on holiday etc).
To have NO acknowledgement is, imo, pure arrogance and not acceptable..

Mike your nervousness illustrates well a posters effect.. By the way he was advocating a placing for weeks and weeks, so sooner or later knowing the AIM market the "prediction" was bound to happen.
I made my views clear last year about the Placing structure, however having Shell on board gave me comfort. The next few months are going to be interesting to say the least. If GS and Co don't perform there is likely to be Fireworks at the AGM.

Although I agree with the general sentiment, there are novice and nervious investors who can be persuaded. The blanket effect across different platforms should not be under estimated.
Repeat a blatant lie often enough and it will be believed. Many Politicians over decades have used this maxim and got away with it for a while.

That said, yes, PI's have a right to expect some traction in Shareholder value, soon. , amongst others was incensed at the structuring of the Placing last June and the ramifications which could flow.
If the direction of travel and momentum of SP is not restored the BOD, Graham Swindells in particular, are going to attract some very serious questions, certainly at the AGM if not before. It has to be hoped positive news is not far away, especially more "flesh on the Bones" in respect of Shell's plans.

Until the involvement of RDSA many of us were nervious when Algy Cluff stepped down and GS was tasked with the Company's future. IMO GS has got to display over the next few weeks, added shareholder value otherwise the BOD are going to face a hostile audience at the AGM in May.

Don't forget the options granted to him and Nunn can only be exercised at prescribed dates providing the SP has achieved defined elevated levels for 30 days before exercise. The first option tranche can be exercised in July, however we are some way off the SP level to allow GS & Nunn to take up.
Being 5 months away from the 1st exercise date, is it reasonable to believe the BOD are actively working on increasing Shareholder value?

The appointment of the CFO does ,imo, required clarification and update on the Post-holder's achievements here, remembering she holds a raft of Posts elsewhere.
