Could the de merger of Poolbeg already be reducing the main SP as well? Probably not but just a thought!

AJP - why would we “expect” growth of at least 80% in H2? It might well be and I hope you’re right but “expecting” it might be setting up for a disappointment?

As I said, without concrete markers, it really could be anything !!

Just trying to keep things real. Things get really rampy on here sometimes and it does my head in.

It is hugely unlikely we will be pleasantly surprised by the numbers for H1. How can the 6 month numbers differ muchly from the 5 month ones? H1 will be 40% or so up from 2020.

We move on.

H2 indicators (new / increased customers, orders, products / protected formulae ... or the disappointing opposite, who knows!) will be key from July onwards.

H2 might be another +40% ... or +10% causing mass grinding of teeth ... or +150% releasing all the “exponential” pratts again.

H1 us all but dead to us now. Long live H2. Unless it doesn’t ...

Does anyone have a view on 2021 revenues etc? COG seems to have consistently achieved £6-7m since 2016? At least according to the snapshot I can see on HL ??? Will all these new contracts shift us out of that particular space-time-continuum?!

Cambridge Cognition awarded contracts totalling £1.4m for digital healthand wearable device provision for clinical trials



Cambridge Cognition Holdings Plc (AIM: COG), which develops and markets digital solutions to assess brain health, is pleased to announce that it has won a series of contracts from a global pharmaceutical company to provide specialist clinical trial management services. Under the contracts, the Company will evaluate a range of digital health and wearable devices and supply the devices with associated software and services for four clinical trials, which will assess a drug compound for Central Nervous System ("CNS") disorders. Cambridge Cognition secured the contracts on the strength of its CNS, digital health, clinical trial and regulatory expertise.



The Company has won four contracts for this work, one in late 2020 and three more at this time. The contracts, expected to generate total revenues of c. £1.4m over two years, are for the supply of software and services as well as the procurement and provision of third-party hardware, which makes up a considerable portion of the total contract value. As a result of the significant hardware component, the overall margin on the four contracts is lower than the Company would normally generate from a software and services led contract.

I think the most obvious reason is to update ahead of the AGM.

As always on these occasions, you had about 5 mins just after 8am to buy at minus 29% or whatever the nadir was. The only cash I could find was £1k in my 11 year old’s SIPP. Typical !!! He’s in at 12p !

As is the norm for these things, it doesn’t sound Mike anything exciting will be discussed or announced, unless I’m missing something? Mainly the usual votes on remuneration, auditors and issuing shares etc. ?

It is really encouraging. On uber low VISIBLE volumes as well. Really wish I understood Dark Pools and all those other dark forces that mean plebs like us haven’t a scooby what’s actually being traded.

Would stop us “relying” on eejits misusing words like “exponential” and beseeching MMs to “let it go” !!!

I do agree that the MMs are using the SP to fill orders of both types. Just doing their job. Interesting few weeks ahead, perhaps the market will react in SLO-MO like last time? Easy money if so. Exponential money, naturally.

Hi. What a great week we just had.

I’m hoping someone might help clear up the position on the US shares. JS has been quoted saying that 1/3 of our shares are traded over the pond but I can’t find any evidence of this.

The $c price seems to rise in line with the £p price but my Uber-lazy google searches can’t pick up any volume being traded, other than a few thousand shares here and there.

Is it really a third of the shares? Did he actually say that? Are a third of the shares actually separated out for the ???? or do we send a certificate-laden share-ship across each time an American wants to get involved? (!) I know diddly about American markets, heck I don’t know that much about the British ones either. Cheers!

Today’s RNS seems very positive although I’m not sure whether the “not meeting” the pre-prescribed “non-inferiority” level is a dampener. Does this mean the pill is almost as good as the jab but not quite?!

Great day for the price again today, again based on not a great deal happening to cause it. But can we please stop using words like “exponential” as it is basically just ramping-bo*****s and spoils the flow of any real conversations. The last results were great and the immediate share price rise was ... about zero, at least for a few weeks! Ta muchly.
