Part of me thinks “brilliant! Great news, what a relief” but I’ve been invested here long enough to think “if there’s no impact on orders they couldn’t have been running at full tilt then”!

Déja vu really. Once again it’s all down to the H2 numbers so prepare for a 12p and a 4p share price!

“worth” not “work”. Darned phone.

I just checked the prices on ii and snapped up another £1,500 work for 29.5p, below the mid-price at that point. Maybe it’s still being walked down (if indeed that’s the case?) or maybe it’s “dollars on the sidewalk” which is my opinion.

Mind you I’m absolutely dreadful at timing these things so prepare for 25p !!!!!!

I’m not advising anyone at all, but I’ve been topping up during this inexplicable drift. We go ex-dividend on 6th Jan (if I recall correctly) so I’m certainly not going to be spooked out by what seems to be the walking down of the SP on bugger all news and sod all volume !!

The Jan dividend is 0.6p per share.

Agreed everything except the share price looks really positive. I added a few more at 4pm but reported as a sell as ii selling them below the mid price (which is very kind of them). Like finding dollars on the sidewalk. Unless it isn’t.

It’s actually really fab that there are new, sensible posters on here who share my medium/long term optimism for eEnergy.

One more thing to add before the share price drops by another 7% by 9am again (!) … before inevitably recovering to -1% by 4.30pm again (!) …

In recent months I’ve joined the online presentations of several of my holdings. I asked eEnergy and FinnCap the same question about why their SP seems so pitifully undervalued as it’s been a real frustration. I can’t remember which one actually replied by saying that MMs were definitely keeping the price artificially low.

I’d be interested in AdeleK’s view of FinnCap btw. Not only profitable but dividend paying (should please someone on here!!) and another really strong revenue grower with tons of cash to boot. But alarmingly undervalued IMO. Not only that, they’ve stated that this will be used to maintain dividends in future should profitability reduce for any reason. I keep topping up there … and it’s another really, eerily quiet MB both on here and ADVFN. Interesting at least. Not a recommendation btw!!

Neither is my investment in Open Orphan … which has just been … **** (thus far!) despite now being in profit.

Agree the SP drop is/seems ludicrous. I’m also continuing to top up each time the price dips. Ie daily at the moment. The placing to fund the latest acquisition was the last straw for some it seems. Impatient b@ggers! Agree with everything AdeleK says btw.

I just managed to buy via ii at 13.9p. Showing as a sell as offer price is 14.5p. Slightly odd?

They are certainly an interesting company. I assume they are acquiring these shares on behalf of a client or clients (plural). Seems really odd that they are doing so?

Anyone with more knowledge of these things care to guess what’s going on?

Well someone is keen to take up spare, exceedingly cheap shares whilst (almost) everyone else dithers.

Wondering what their end-game is.

Fantastic set of results. Every measure up by over 50% … raised dividend … surely this share must get a re-rate soon? One of the many mysteries of AIM.

And yeah, Angle is creeping up really nicely ahead of the anticipated FDA approval of their Parsortix technology which would be exciting.

Ironically FinnCap is another of mine that seems drastically underrated. Profitable and dividend increasing with impressive growth. Yet the SP is barely moving at all.

Hi again. The SP drift here is really disappointing and any further raise for another acquisition would no doubt whack it again, so it’s definitely going to be a long term hold or short term sell at a loss !

At the last raise, another holding of mine, ENET did the same, albeit for different reasons and their SP dipped pretty much in parallel. But that one recovered within weeks as fast growth via international orders is anticipated. No sign of that for poor old eEnergy yet!!! But it will happen in 2022.

Bloody AIM shares !!

And another two today. I wish ITX would be this forthcoming! Potentially significant appointment of a new CMO who has a commercial brief allied to their experience and success elsewhere.

The aforementioned ITX once rose by 30-40% in a day after announcing a new Operational VP so never underestimate these developments within smaller companies.

Is it me or are these “news” releases getting a bit “meh”?! Today’s is more or less a work-diary entry!

Looking forward to seeing one on Monday confirming that someone successfully replaced the toner in the office printer.

A pity the RNS was so opaque in comparison but it all makes tons more sense now.

I wonder if the next RNS will be after the EGM now? Onwards and upwards.

Would’ve been helpful to indicate WHY this flexibility might be needed. To finance big international orders? Perhaps a big order RNS will be announced between now and the EGM. I fully expect one now!!

But currently a “no” from me as well with current information (ie lack of) !
