I have always been bearish on this stock and there less reasons than ever before to be positive.

DL will deffo try to raise the mkt cap, with another capital raise.

Reasons to be positive:

1. Directors will now be buying in at a 33% premium to current share price.

Rubbish, they are taking collectively £70k of stock in lieu of salary as the company could not afford to pay execs wages at end 2025

2. Valuation is 1.0x current revenue and 0.6x projected revenue for this year

Revs in 2025 were cumulatively $1m

Net loss in 1H were $1.8m and at least another $1m in 2H

The company has raised £750k net in 3 tranches since Dec 25 and has enough money to last ‘towards’ end 2026 if and only if revs double and the SP doubles. Dl is predicting the company to

Burn around £250-£300k per month

3. Cash in the bank until at least H2 this year

Around £400k cash in bank currently

The notion;

Yiu can post and be always wrong and that is somehow ok because you own it

But if we assume monthly revs of £60k then they have around 2 months cash runway

And that’s if they take all the revs for the year upfront.

But Hen, why let numbers get in the way of your story.

We all know it’s going to double by June 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

If the revs double and the SP doubles then they will be able chew up £3m by October. That’s £300k per month predicted burn by DL.

If revs remain the same and the SP does not double then that removes £1.45-1.9m cash

I’m estimating that after all 3 raisings they had around £400-450k.

Add in unchanged revs of £750k they have 4 months cash runway

Unless revs and the SP double!

Revered CEO Levy has stated that they are hoping for a doubling in revs from $1m to $1.7-2m.

He has also said that if the warrants are exercised, revenues double, and with all the recent capital raises then the capital will last towards the end of 2026.

So £850k raised, £750-900k, from warrants and £1.35-1.5m revs means a total of £2.95-3.25m and this will NOT get them to the end of 2026. Just ‘towards’ the end of 2026.

Yep so Levy is estimating that he will burn through £3m in let’s say 10 months. But he can 👌 not do that if revenues mysteriously double and the SP doubles!

Where is your starting point?

There have actually been 3 raises since Dec not 2 raising £950k before expenses so around £850k net.

If the warrants are exercised at 0.006 it raises £900k and at 0.005 it raises £750k. Not £300k . Tosh.

For the first 6 months of 2025 costs were £1.35m and revenues were £455k.

What do you estimate the run-rate for the past 8 months?

If you know these answers then you can come up with a credible estimate as to where the company is now
