They raised an additional £200k for 5.7bn shs plus 5.7bn warrants on 19 Feb. So 14.8 bn warrants in total across the two placements. I said 15bn warrants but was rounding-up.

£200k keeps the lights on for another month.

ENET are utterly dependent on the warrants being speedily exercised for funding towards the end of 2026.

It’s why they put in the 0.006p accelerated clause.

Without it they are fooked. Or more realistically you guys are as yes, you’ve guessed it, they will be more dilution.

ENET are most definitely NOT fully-funded.

DL said himself that if revenues double this year and if ALL the warrants (a mere 15bn) are exercised (£900k)

then funds will last TOWARDS the end of 2026.

The clause regarding the warrants is an accelerated conversion IF the SP reaches 0.006.

Conclusion:

If the SP rises by 130% then they have enough funds until say October.

If the warrants aren’t exercised then they have £900k less and funds will run out in a couple of months

Moving on whilst absolutely not moving on? Not practicing what you are preaching it would seem.

Anyhow, the more the merrier I say.

I’ve been bearish on this share ever since I came across it some 3 years ago. Only the stupid would think otherwise and be bullish. This is not a difficult one. If it somehow helps you to think that I have lost heaps of money on a share I have never owned then that’s absolutely fine, you do you.

And if you want me to post a rocket or two then I can help with that as well.

I never underestimate the levels of stupidity I encounter on this board so I can’t answer your question. Of course the SP can go up do a day or two if the buying outstrips the selling. But if you are buying this because the market cap is too low or because ENET just needs a to sign a few contracts to multi-bag then history strongly suggests you will be disappointed.
