When you short you short the mkt cap not the price.

You short the value of the company. Doh

And the reason it’s still a short down here is because they raised down here

But a protected short makes sense right?

It’s been a sell since much higher then 1p

Professionals selling and PIs buying.

That’s all they’ve ever needed actually, contracts.same as any company.

But that’s what they can’t deliver unfortunately.

They are in crisis-mode financially, with little or no spend on R&D or marketing. The £100k they spend per month goes on G&A

He can’t raise for the moment but as history tells us, it won’t be long before ten next EGM. He has already put out that the funds he has raised, plus a 50% projected rise in income, will not be enough to last the year. I think any warrants getting exercised is just pie in the sky at this time

Each time he attempts a new placement, as long as he gets a new gang of gullibles hooked-in, then he is absolutely set up for the next placement. Because at the next placement the newbies are left with the question:

1. Do I vote yes at an EGM to major dilution and SP collapse

OR

2. Do I vote no and let the company go bust and get nothing.

And all the newbies vote yes to SP collapse and dilution because it is better than nothing.
