Tricky
You absolutely do not know what you are talking about.
Just weeks ago Levi issued new shares, diluted shareholders by 50% and effectively sold half the company for £600k FACT. Not to a white-knight investor but to pay off a £600k loan.
He has also said there will be further dilution by way of another issue of new shares to raise further capital.
And you are somehow calculating that the new market cap will be North of £14millionn????
The sad thing is I do actually think you believe your own calculations!!!😂😂😂😂
Absolute crack-pot calculations
@Tricky
“3.6million raised would be worth that of half of the companies fully diluted market cap of 7.2million.
running costs down and current revenues pretty much doubled that of current outgoing.
With 3.6 mill in the bank id be looking at bout 2.4p per share currently for market cap of 14.4mill.”
What on earth are you talking about?????😂😂😂😂😂
EBITDA 2022 loss £6.4m
EBITDA 2023 loss £3.8m
Total loss £10.2m
Reduction in costs per month from an eye-watering £660k to £300k. Good. But the company still has to make £3.6m per year to break-even.
Cash balance of £954k which includes a short-term loan of around £210k from Levi.
Levi recently gave away half the company for £600k and will be hamstrung by the SP/market cap on any further capital raise. Those who bought yesterday are just bonkers in my opinion. But FOMO is a very powerful feeling…..
They need a lot of cash
And all you FOMO PIs have done is provide liquidity to Bergen and the market-makers at elevated levels. So Bergen has been handsomely rewarded for pulling the plug on its loan and not extending terms. And the market-makers have been able to get short at higher levels. I’m sure they all just can’t believe it……
@Stephenallday
Why did the CEO sell half the company for £600k? Surely he knows the true value of this company?
So the company was unable to borrow £600k to clear a debt. That means that no banks or last-resort lenders were interested. That’s a fact. And Levi and his mates didn’t want to or couldn’t club together £600k either. Hmm. 🤔
