Actually the hit to revs is far worse than just the $200k downward revision in earnings.

There’s the £600k (before costs) from the warrants too.

So that’s a shortfall of around £750k and this was only ever going to be enough to last, in DL’s own words, towards” the end of 2026. Let’s say end Oct.

So for the next 6 months the expected revs are down by £125k per month. Now I know Levy pays himself a lot but even with him and his sidekick working for 20% that’s a saving of around £30k per month.

It’s the first time DL has RNSd a less-than-rosey business update. In fact it should have been titled “no-business” update.

But why the RNS?

In recent RNSs the wording has subtly changed. It’s been more guarded with less certain forward-looking statements. This would be policed by the Nomad.

Yesterday’s RNS was quite simply the Nomad finally growing a pair. It’s the pre-warning to a going-concern no-money-left warning. Woefully late and actually protects nobody.

I think the poster who referenced DL at the wailing wall was slightly confused. That’s not wailing, that’s DL laughing.
