I’ve had to read this several times just to make sure. Anyway yes, he really did post this:

The UK has no domestic semiconductor fabrication at advanced nodes. Arm Holdings designs the cores inside almost every mobile processor globally but does not manufacture them. Advanced chips for AI, defence, and telecoms come entirely from TSMC (Taiwan), Samsung (South Korea), and Intel (US) — all dependent on US export control regimes.

A conflict in the Taiwan Strait or US-China chip war escalation could cut the UK off from advanced semiconductor supply within weeks, disabling AI, defence electronics, and consumer technology simultaneously.

Twib’s post was right up there of course.

And a real pearler from Janiax:

My question to Janiax; If 0.004p speaks wonders, what does 0.003p speak?

DL desperately needs the money.

On his own numbers this year the company will chew through around £250k per month in running costs before income.

Looks like he was banking on that RNS to pump in order to get those warrants exercised.

Still he has headroom of 15 bn. 15bn at 0.02 gives him £300k. Then expect another EGM to increase headroom.

And so the cycle continues. Any thoughts Rickaaay or Twib?

It seems that only thing going cheap this morning is ENET!

Hammy when I say who I am you don’t believe me! I can’t win! But I’ve been right for 2 years on this stock, as have others, and it’s not because I/we are rocket scientists 🚀🚀

Crooks

Hamster LTHs aren’t stupid, they were lied to many times over many years. They have lost everything they put in. So they have been taken in but definitely not stupid.

Buyers in the past 12-18 months yes I believe most are stupid. A leopard doesn’t change its spots after all and DL is a proven liar over many years.

What I find interesting is new holders here seem not to want to criticise DL. They would rather spend their time attacking the naysayers on here, which is a bit baffling

Since 1st May 2025 placement of 3.6bn shs at 0.02p (which was par value at the time);

1. SP has fallen 90%

2. 20 bn more share have been issued (with permission for 15bn more) via 3 capital raises

3. The shares have been re-classified as NPV

4. No new business or contracts have been announced

5. SP is trading at all-time lows and down 30% from February placement

Well you were all warned, Levy does like to pick a pocket of two
