Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
You gotta love the PI mind-set. Average down, you haven’t lost until you have sold. Blah,blah.
The company have just valued 50% of their company at £600k and diluted shareholders by 50%
Why on earth would anybody be buying today at these levels?
@Sushi
Yep that’s pretty much it. They effectively now own 50% of the company for £600k or 0.4p per share. Assuming
The shs will be issued in tranches but they are not allowed to let their stake go over 24.99% at any one time. The first tranche will be 44.9m shs which means they wouldn’t have to sell because their holding at this time would be below 24.99%. But they make a fortune by selling as they are long at 0.4p.
Shareholders need to vote on 14 Dec to allow the issue of new shs. And they have no choice as the company will be busy ithetwise
Sharebel
“there’s literally no free float which has led to the unfair tactics of walk down lock out quotes release lower on no selling!
Absolute garbage as usual. What does it even mean? I fear for your mental state……
What’s shameful Sharebel is you actually. You’ve been spouting that MMs have been “walking down” this stock since 4.50 or 35% ago! Of course it can’t possibly be sellers pushing the stock down now can it? 😂 No that would never suit your garbage daily narrative . Idiot

The question wasn’t aimed at you specifically but more generally to a wider audience. But thanks for your answer. It wouldn’t be on my list of to-dos to lend a $1m to Vast . I would say that Vast and low-risk is somewhat of an oxymoron! But I do understand that everyone’s personal circumstances are very different.
