GW as far as I'm aware has never posted anything positive regarding EDL(he will no doubt correct me if I'm wrong) in fact just the opposite, any positive posts he attacked with a complete forecast of the impossible financial position EDL was in and that it was doomed to fail, and that has been his view as far back as I can remember. To be so niave or careless to admit that he was averaging down takes some believing.
I did think others might have picked up on his post.

GW has argued and made it obvious that EDL is failing in all aspects, yet, and this is his stand out statement, he is working to average down on the drops, unless I have misread his post.

Aerial I think that just about sums up our current situation. We've had no further income since the pre payment and production is questionable. They must now be running on the remainder of the fumes.
Lind will be resolved whether that is for the benefit of the current holders remains to be seen.
At least the buyers are paying a little more than in the last couple of days.

EDLs coal as far as we know I'd in demand for cement manufacturing. The demand for cement means a need for increased infrastructure which in turn means an increase in the demand for power which as we know is in short supply. TZ need to increase the supply of reliable 24 7 power that is affordable practical and within their capabilities to produce. Like it or not coal is the answer. As far as I'm aware regardless of Rules EDL will be supplying coal fired power stations if on it is only on a small scale to start with.
Rufigi hydro scheme, the main dam wall is only just being commenced, it's claimed that it will be complete inside 2years, that will be some achievement, producing electricity ????? If it succeeds it will be the first scheme to a be paid delays and budget problems, we shall see.
