I assume that the E mailers have not had a reply from Tim, no surprise there. Normally he responds quite quickly but I couldn't see him commenting on Diggermans post without consulting with EDL.
He will have read that post and he will realise that it needs answering. Let's see what comes of it?

The one thing that I take from Diggermans post is,we have some very large holders in EDL, I have no doubt that they will be aware of the situation with EDL, unlike us tiddlers they will have information that we never get until it's too late, as yet there hasn't been any sort of significant off loading, whether thats a good sign remains to be seen.
Having had a couple of top ups this month I hope it's not been wasted.
One more point where's Norab, Diggermans post must have been a little boost to his ego.

T72, Muze as far as I'm aware has been given up by EDL, Namwele is as yet unknown, upendo was mining that site but no production figures have been released. if Upendo are suing EDL for cash owed I assume that some work/production has taken place,
Aerial, you are quite right Diggermans post leaves a lot of questions to be answered and how did he get information on the contract negotiations.
Tim will no doubt have plenty of Emails this am, so he will be well aware of Diggermans post, let's see if that prompts a release of some information, I'm not holding my breath on that.

Upendo were the partners brought in to mine Namwele, the coal there was suitable for sale without washing, at least that was the last info that was released but after that things went silent regarding Namwele that was some years back. This is the first mention of Upendo since then.

T72 agreed 2 sides to every story, sadly I see no reason for Diggerman to tell blatant lies, if EDL are not paying their workers, what next?

GW, I don't expect personal details to be posted and I certainly mean no offence to diggerman but his posts and the information whether genuine or not opens the door to curiosity. Your posts have a certain arrogance to them and you wonder why BE snarls at you.
The wet season is known as the short and long season, it is not just 6 months.

Hi Aerial, I started that thread to get some sort of discussion going, which it did!
I neither believe nor disbelieve diggerman but he has been given the opportunity to verify his posts.
The question is has he got his ear to the ground or is he doing an honest John act?
Whatever it is we need more info off EDL.
Will we get some clarification on LIND in the next two weeks?

It is now over 2 months since ILTL should have taken over and as yet no sign of that happening. We are entering the wet season although the heavier rains come in the new year. before that happens we need ILTLs staff and equipment on site and working otherwise any new contracts (if any) will not be signed for many months until the production gets into full swing for which ITL are crucial.
aerial I accept what you say about diggerman producing evidence but to be fair to diggerman EDL have done nothing to disprove what he has been saying. EDL are well aware of his posts. His comments on obtaining visas was interesting, although he did not say when his visa was issued at the airport, before, after or during the covid crisis, something he should clarify.
We could get a RNS any time from now which would change everything, still cheap to buy.

SoS, as I said there there could be complex reasons which hopefully will be agreed on by both parties.

Something for SoS to ponder re the LIND loan not that I want to worry him.
If the agreement is that the loan can be paid in shares as an alternative to cash, when the SP is at such a low point but expected to rise with the handover to ILTL, why would LIND refuse what would seem to be a short term profit. Is the problem with LIND or is it with EDL?
It is obviously more complex but on the face of it, it looks like free money.
Will there be a form of AGM this year?
