Silver, I think the management are trying to address this issue with the two US listings. We have some valuation crystallisation events on the horizon as a result, which won't be ignored by AIM.

Other than this, it would be good to know from Will and Alex whether they also have a plan to attract institutional investment in Mkango (the parent company), and if so, how this is going. Retail will continue to play the primary role for the time being but just a few new institutional investors buying 3-5% each, would completely re-rate the SP. I think having a market valuation for MKAR when it's listed will help a lot with attracting institutional/HNW/family office investors, so it could be a virtuous circle.

I'm sensing a bit of frustration from a few on here today, which is fair enough I guess. But it's certainly not how I am feeling, which is patient, and very confident. If all goes well early retirement could beckon by the end of 2026. My eyes are focussed on the prize.

While I agree that the potential for the MKAR SPAC has been the primary (though clearly not the sole) driver of the SP and will continue to be, I don’t think I’d describe the SP as stagnant. Updates like today still add value, as will the announcement of German plant opening and particularly FID on the first US plant.

We have had a general sell off in the RE market over the past couple of months post US/China trade detente, but 80p spike aside (see one of my previous posts on how incredibly brief and thinly traded this was), we are doing pretty well on a relative basis against our peers, despite the fact that we have had a relatively large seller here.

I don't personally expect any further announcements on the MKAR SPAC this side of Christmas, but would be pleasantly surprised if they did announce an RNS covering the updated Songwe numbers, the Pulawy PFS and their filing of these with the SEC.

Will we see new ATH’s before we get further progress on the SPAC or Hypromag USA FID? I doubt it, unless we get a big announcement on Japan JV or US/EU funding.

Are we building a solid base here, with each news item gradually increasing our SP? Yes.

Will we get new ATH’s in the next three months? Almost certainly imo.

If/when all three major news items (MKAR SPAC, US plant FID and German plant commercial operations) have been successfully delivered will we see a SP 3-4 times our current price? I would say there is a high probability.

Patience is all that is needed.

Nope, this is the listing of Hypromag USA, which is additional/separate to the listing of MKAR (Songwe and Pulawy assets). We will have a big share in two US listed companies.

I think you’re right to be excited dafad. Updated valuation is fantastic, plus intention to explore US listing is massive news. Nice work Hypromag team!

Indeed magic. Complete lack of transparency in the reported trades this afternoon. MM's moving around in the background without any reported trades and they were extremely quick to mark the SP down this afternoon. I would want to be seeing 100-200k in delayed sells to justify the fall back, but not sure if/when these will turn up. Could just be Nasdaq / general market related as SG suggested, but we never get the benefit of the Nasdaq performing well, so why should we get whacked every time it loses a % or two?

Yep, the US open has gone from being a boost to the SP to the opposite right now. Should be some large sells to justify the drop back. Whether they turn up later or not who knows.

Yes SG, you are right there. It's demonstrated by the fact that each time the full ask gets taken out and they move the ask up, the next buy is close to full ask price. A little more buying volume and we should move up to high 50's/60p pretty easily.

They've now moved it up to 54p bid / 55p ask, which is actually a 1.5p (2.8%) increase in the mid price or a 3p (5.9%) increase in bid, though because of the UT we're showing as up 0.93%. Smoke and mirrors stuff. May be in for a fantastic Friday after all.

You are right not to believe what you are shown, it's 54.35p to sell.
