Jbanzi, I wrote about this a month or so ago, and think at the time I thought we would likely be good to get to second half of the year at least. Depends what our Tyeseley revenues are and our cash burn on things like the MKAR listing and German commissioning. NdFeB powder going for about $90-100k per tonne at the moment and we are supposedly at least at 2 tonne per month with a ramp up to 100tpa, though will also need to take into account operating costs.

I think the raise theory can probably be disregarded following the two big sells. Forward selling before a raise normally feels quite different from what we had yesterday.

Certainly magic, we have no clue what's behind it and all of our major holders outside of Talaxis are under 3% so we won't find out either. I think Stuart Newton, with 2.89% (according to the website) is over 80 years old from memory.

I posted last week about the fact that the Konwave Transition Metals fund had sold around 3m shares in the last period of reporting, though they are now at less than 1m so it couldn't be them. We had a holder on here the other week sell 300-400k, which caused a 3p drop, can't remember their name. They saw better value in some US majors. Everyone will have their reasons.

I don't think it's an institutional swap. If it had been imo it wouldn't have had the same impact on price and all of us wouldn't have been able to get in at 53p/54p. This looks like one big set of sells hoovered up by lots of PI's and maybe a institutional investor (perhaps the 100k buys) who was waiting for a price drop.

Agree, I don't think it was untoward. If the two trades are connected that's someone selling nearly 0.5% of the company in a matter of 30 minutes. I'm keeping my 0.5%, they'll have to pay at least 4x for it.

Absolutely Jimzi, there was no reason at all for them to delay the reporting of the 1m or the 500k until this morning. Anyway, if there are no more to follow then I think we are a couple of hundred k from being square again. Interesting that they aren't letting her run up to make more on the spread though.

As mentioned earlier, there was over 200k on the bid at 53p in the last auction at 11am and no-one came in to match them, so there doesn't appear to be any material selling at this level.

Tbf, I was always clear that the most likely explanation was a big sell and that we would need to wait and see what was reported. I didn't necessarily believe they would go naked short for no reason other than a flash crash in commodities markets.

120k buy at 57.45p from a few minutes after the whopping sell. MM's made a good spread on that trade...

There you go, a 1.02m sell there at 54p from 3.37pm yesterday, that explains it all. I thought there was a trade behind this drop and this was it.

And one minute after Berenberg move the ask to 55p, Investec jump back on the ask at 54p. This seems to be a concerted pass the parcel attempt to keep a lid on the price.

Yeh the delayed reported 50k from 8.16am looks like a sell on second glance, but there was also a 50k buy at 9.24am. Were you doing dummies for the sells at 53.6p? I've been away from computer so hadn't checked. But regardless, we are still over 500k shares short of balance as you say. Yet our price is down 10%...

So post 3.30pm yesterday when the big drop started I've got 789k buys vs 90k sells. Add the 513k delayed reported sell and you get to 789k buys vs 603k sells, but leading to a 12% drop in price...

Then today so far we've had c.665k buys vs no material sells, but have only recovered 1p / 2% on the bid (there was a UT at 53p yesterday, but mid price at close was 52.5p, with 52p on the bid).

Go figure...

There's a 150k and a 50k on the bid at 53p for the 11am auction. This price action is a bit farcical really. No sells of any note so far today, massive amount of buying, but being held down. They seem to love this 53p level...

Bonker, but surely they have to square their book at some point. If the SP takes off due to a squeeze or company changing news wouldn’t they be fooked? Anyway, no one is selling, let’s see if we can squeeze them.

Haha! I don’t think we’ve even had one actual sell so far this morning, other than the weird single digit trades.

I’ve never been able to figure out how long MM’s can stay short on a share. If anyone knows the answer to this it’d be great if they could share.

Lots of codes being chucked in, 100’s and 500’s. I’ve had another small top up, ride not to.

So what’s your take Jimzi? How can we have over 1m in buying and little selling but be down over 10% since it started? I just don’t get where the shares come for that.

If they flash crashed us without the selling to justify it because they thought there was going to be a bigger market correction where they could buy back cheaper then they will be fooked. But that’s still speculation on my part at this point.
