Sound has told us that it was never their intention to take FID. The GSA is so important to the FID that I could never see sound being the signatories of the GSA if they were going to sell.

So as I posted this morning, as far as I am concerned this is all playing out as the company expected, to a certain degree. OK the SP is in the poo, but GSA ready, concession Ready, BOOT ready (if needed), deal is ready. Main II has not sold one share. Let’s see how this plays out over the next couple of months.

I am pretty sure the GSA wont be signed by sound. It will be signed by ONEE and the JV.

The GSA partners include ONHYM and SLB, I would imagine they want the new buyer to complete the GSA negotiations.

Sound could have signed the GSA months ago an pretty good terms. One completely feasible explanation to why they haven’t is they do not want to.

Wait for the deal to go through then you will see the GSA signed by the JV.

If the deal goes through we will see the SP head up towards 10p. If is does not I hope they announce plan B on the same day, otherwise it will be a bloodbath...happy Christmas.
