I take your point. But when that priick TW leaked the placing he knew the price was going to be between 1.95 —2.25. So the leak did not cause the discount.

The first tranche of the deal is now far more than the current market cap.

The SP is now in the 1p club.

We got have an unexplainable placing yesterday.

The market has the percentage chance of this deal occurring at 10%

We need to know what plan B is as it looks like it is by far in away the most likely outcome.

My guess is that one way or another Marco and greenberry will not be out of pocket.

Also the point of my post was to demonstrate that the BOD needed to do this in a hurry, therefor bypassed the PI. If they undertook an open offer the discount would not have been so big and they would have raised potentially a lot more cash. Especially if they attached warrants to the equity.

We have been strung along for years, but we knew it was high risk high reward. I honestly think JP had our best interests at heart for the majority of his time.

Marco looks like he is here to do the dirty work. Where was the open offer that would have allowed us to participate. Where was the warrants.

My guess is if Tom W is to be believed, JP has gone in with, “ we are trying to get this deal over the line” we all fell for that line concerning the GSA. How many years is that overdue by.

Anyway these institutions are playing with other people’s money, and jez rightly points out they are probably already sold half of them yesterday. Why do you think 5he SP did not rise with all that buying.

If if they sell them all at 2p they still make 150k for fees. Not bad for a couple of hours work..

Somebody bought shares in a raise at 80p. Look where we are now. Just because you buy shares in a closed equity release, does not mean you have more info than PI. In fact it would be illegal if they did.

Same goes for OGIF, they know the same as every shareholder.

But the fact is they are both still there and getting paid. They are not standard contracts as such and can negotiate a golden goodbye. I asked the company about this also a a while back. Same response “ look at the final financial reports”

Ockham Razor after a raise at 30% discount and 10% cost .....causing the market cap to drop by 30%. Reducing the companies power to capital raise massively. The most likely reason is we needed the cash in a hurry, why?

How for one minute do you think this mess makes us look like a strong and stable company. The market cap has dropped by over 80% since we started negotiating this deal. We are undertaking emergency issue of equity. We have had a short lived SAG. And you think that makes us look more attractive as a JV partner, wow that is a very optimistic view.

Ok I can see they may have needed to raise to keep the lights on. But why such a massive discount.

If this 1.5 million is needed for JJ and JP severance before we go bust then that would be terrible. The last action of the CFO and ex CEO it to wipe 30 % of the SP.

They planned to cut admin cost by 50%. They have dumped a load of staff but kept the directors salaries at near the same levels.

Any ideas yet soundinoff about that raise???

JP, BM, Marco and Mohamed are all still getting a totally undeserved salary.

Remember the reduction in salaries announced, I asked the company how this directly affected the directors salaries, I was told “you would be able to see that in final results”

So they potentially cut everybody else’s salaries and kept theirs unchanged. Have a look at 5he RNS.

The next Final results may well be the last set of results sound produce. This is what it looks like when a company is going bust. The directors bleeding it dry, 1.5 million for Xmas party.
