You are missing the point the meeting in the article was undertaken remotely and agreements were signed.
The question is why can t Graham do that. He keeps blaming COVID, but other companies are managing OK

I have emailed sound a couple of times recently with no reply. My question did not get answered at the recent Q+A. At least you got a reply from JP even if it was mainly BS.

I would bet 10 bucks and my left nut, that when Graham took on the role he was not aware of the shti storm he was taking on. Stranded asset with no cash in the bank and a cheesed of private investor registry. The gas is there we own Half of it, just sell the asset and move the fcuk on.

1.5p is not greedy, looking a the way Graham is printing shares I think we could be there by COP tomorrow. If this deal falls through we could be looking at 1p again.

The consortium are paying a good price for the LNG and they also have to transport it. The interest on the secured loan is a killer and will eat into the revenue. About 15% of revenue will be just the interest on this part of the financing. So if we say we are half way there, we need to factor in another 15% .

Thanks goodness its tax free for the 1st 10 years. One of the reasons that JP did not want to undertake an LNG 1st was that the 10 years starts as soon as we hit any sort of 1st GAS. so if we do not get a move on with the pipeline we ill lose out on the tax free.

No one is going to take up on the Option, you can buy lower than that on the Open Market.

So that is going to look great when the RNS states that no one wanted to take up the Options, that will great.
