I think that the assets would be a chance for a medium sized player to buy their way into the north African energy market on the cheap. The influence that could afford to any buyer is worth far more than the cost.

I still think the best chance of a half decent outcome would be for the whole company to be sold to a Moroccan conglomerate.

Or for the creation of a Moroccan national Energy Company
