Sooz, yes, I agree re Hardy’s novels, they were a touch grim. Lol. I didn’t know that about Thomas Gray’s Elegy and Hardy, so appreciate that.

Sooz, I reckon what you’ve said there is spot on re the Government having this extension. Only right and proper, all things considered. Yes, what you mention about the implications is true. The Government won’t want to get its submission anything less than perfect.

Anyway, I’m happy with songs and poetry as this year draws to a close. Here’s to sticking with it into the new year and hopefully seeing some things resolved for us. Be nice to actually benefit from being invested. Lol.

Hi SJ. Cheers matey. I suppose the Government may need the extra time to weigh up what the Sami folks have said, because the Sami got their extension, which would have then shortened the usual time for the Government to respond perhaps. Hence an extension of its own applied for, but a complete guess on my part. Lol.

I suppose with us being invested for so long, we’ve come to expect that anything at all somehow can pass as feasible, if it means stringing things out to prolong any finality. It’s a disgrace what we’ve been through, and of course we are directly affected by this Appeal.

I guess we may hear news from Finland and Kosovo before Kal then, so let’s hope it’s good.

Weird that we’ve had very low trade volume, if any, over the last few days, then we suddenly get eight trades going through today, all within a fifteen min period.

Hi John. I agree with what you say. It’s important to keep our cash burn to an absolute minimum while this Appeal is still live. As you mention, we only know the date by which time the Government has to submit its comments, and not the length of time it will take beyond that, for the Court’s final decision.

We do have a lot potentially to look forward to, but as SJ says, it’s how we get there that matters. For us existing shareholders that is.

I’m sure we can wait a while longer to see.

Hi Sooz. Good point, Ed surely must be prepped for news after the Appeal decision as well. Hoping so.

SJ, yeah, that vacancy has been there for months now at Jokkmokk Iron, but we need someone top-notch. Nothing less. That said, it would be interesting to see if we’ve had any applicants. Lol.

Seriously though, you’d think that Ed and the new NED have enough connections to headhunt the right person. So let’s see eh?

Hi SJ. Yes, we definitely do not want news of a fundraise while the sp is languishing at these levels. The concern also for me, is just what any strategic partner would want in return, should one be secured. It’s fair to say that we have the Sami Appeal decision to be awaited, but Ed hasn’t yet been able to bring us any news from the other two projects that have lifted the sp out of the sub-2p zone. Disappointing, with around a 30% drop since Kurt departed. Based on a buy at 2.06p Offer fundraise price and that recent sell I had to do at just over 1.4p.

We still don’t know how good Ed will be for us, but he appears knowledgeable in the interviews, albeit not the greatist orator.

I’d be pleased with some really positive news to end the year with, because it’s been another miserable one so far with BEM. Our investment value slide since the concession award has been far too acute for shareholders to not now be concerned, in my opinion. Even though management tells us that we are well-positioned with each of the three businesses.

Only a few weeks though and we should hear more news surely from Kal, re the Government lodging its comments. Then it becomes serious. Lol.

Morny morn. Was unable to sleep at all, so just pondering whether we’ll receive any news before the year is out. Difficult to know whether Ed and Johan have finished for Christmas or not. All quiet.
