He did buy back in, but now the sp is dire, he possibly didn’t remain hardcore and watch its demise while remaining invested. Not like some of us duffers. 😂

Roller, MW’s patience ran out at least once. He sold out but then bought back in. He may or may not still be holding, but doubtful if he sold the first time before the sp sunk to these levels. Only the stubborn and the hopeful are likely still invested.

Considering the massive prize at the end. Lol.

Wod, all we are saying is that the Sami will continue to try and hamper our progress. Do you feel they’ll suddenly change their tune if the concession decision by the Government is upheld by the Court? Difficult to imagine.

Many of us, including Roller, have been invested here long-term, and continue to be. We are supporting the Company and want to see this investment flourish. Nothing more.

Perhaps some of this is lost in translation, but we have learnt not to count our chickens. It’s still a nervous time.

Yes Wodders! I think Roller meant other appeals relating to our future operational plans. The Sami will be monitoring BEM’s every move if the concession stands. They’ll do anything to prevent progress at Kallak, including the sabotaging of our equipment, as has previously been demonstrated.

Can’t find any new Beowulf news today. On the bright side, just over a month now before the Government has to have its comments in on the Appeal case.

The potential dilution remains a massive concern, so obviously I’m hoping Ed has our best interests in mind when striking any deal.

We shall see.

The info on BEM’s LinkedIn page is usually just general stuff, so not sure it’s specific enough to propel us into the shop window. We need more things to occur first probably. Appeal failure for the Sami, PFS for Grafintec and Kal etc.

Bloody agonising it’s been since the concession was granted. The sp needs a big lift somehow (unless Appeal success) before the next cash call.

Hi Suzy. Yes, if we look back to the immediate demise of our sp as soon as the concession was awarded, the major factors surely have to be the Appeal looming straight away, along the unique far-reaching stipulations for us to comply with following the granting itself. I don’t believe Kurt was prepared for the award, but he couldn’t have prevented the slide with an Appeal then lodged. To what degree though remains in question. With the hugely discounted fundraise, as an example, being a hammer blow for existing shareholders.

We have only drifted since, and will remain static until the concluding Court verdict is with us. We must trust Sooz, that a favourable outcome for the Government will change our current bad fortune here for the better.

Although we don’t know for certain, it won’t be too long before we find out. Lol.

Hi Sooz and Wod. Yep, no new news either on the Swedish Facebook group page or the BEM LinkedIn page so far today. Likely not much will occur in December, but you never know.
